JGAurora A5 Infrared Sensor and Giveaway

This video follows my review of the JGaurora A5 and my facepalm give away competition. I wanted to get this printer out to one of the lucky winners with the IR sensor installed. It will help making printing with it a lot easier than I found it.

I'll change that before the probe but I'll still have to save that for the grid levelling no? I'll have to get that from the person who I've sent the printer too. Gave it away. The gear seemed to be ok - no clogging, clicking etc.

I think I found the config file. I thought it was on the SD card but i kept a copy on my computer. Line 552 default axis steps per unit - 80,80,800,95.6 -

But it's worth grid levelling in the start code to adjust for variations due to temp etc. And so the edited start code should be: G21 ;metric values G90 ;absolute positioning M82 ;set extruder to absolute mode M107 ;start with the fan off G28 ;Home G92 E0 ;Prime the extruder G1 F200 E-3 ;retract 3mm of feed stock G92 E0 ;zero the extruded length again G29 ; Level bed M500 ; Save to Eeprom M 117

Mentos Freshmaker It was a drawing of me facepalming but the competition is now closed. I forgot to write winner after giveaway. But if I get sent more printers I might do another competition as the last one was a lot of fun. 😁
