Onions - 2 cups
Tomato -1/2 cup
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Mint leaves - 1/6 cup
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Biryani Masala powder -1 tbsp
Curd - 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -1/4 cup

But mere se fried onions thik se nahi hota. I mean beresta. Kyun nahi bataiye plz. Soft ho jata. N if I fry at high flame, it immediately burns.

First fry it in high flame n then when it will become light golden brown turn the flame low and then fry it for another 10- 15 minutes....
