I initially interpreted this as losing someone as in them passing away, but realizing it also applies to lost friendships, relationships and familial connections. The deepness this song gave me helped me realize to appreciate people and interactions you have with them regardless if they may end at some point. Also nas’ verse is too good, talking about people he should’ve seen their ill intentions beforehand but didn’t, and the notion of “it was meant to be” because you have to go through all of that pain to grow in life.

Remember the importance of a relationship. Don't ever let it get to a point where you lose the person because you wasn't ready to move forward or because you wanted to play games or because you didn't understand what love truly was. So now you going to miss that person because you didn't take the opportunity, you were too scared to get to know them intimately because your past relationships you letting it conflict with your present relationship don't ever let that happen because you miss out on life and you miss out on what that person had to offer

Right now's the right time, you the wife kind You could search your whole life tryna find A love as good as the time we had, we had (we had) Every person that comes in your life Here for all the muddy times So be fair, be there (be there)m uh Always planning, never manifesting Father, please help me send him this message (this message) Always planning, never manifesting Father, please help me send him this message

Greetings Beautiful soul! (forgive me abit i know I am not exactly what you may have come here for ..) but my name is Ibn Orator...I am an Avant-Garde, introspective & Political Hip Hop Artist from New Haven CT. I've recently released a project titled "The Fishbowl Syndrome" that is centered around the topic of our mental health and art; how they intertwine in experience or how they are sometimes viewed juxtapose, and ostracized as one here in America;to which my first debut music video "The Horse on a Trampoline", works showcase on the spectrum of my own experiences with it-- that i feel fans alike of FKA twigs, Doja Cat,, EarthGang, Flying lotus, Childish Gambino or those of Bjork, Vince Staples , Lupe Fiasco, & Reggie watts may resonate with...id like to share this with you by giving a warm welcome to my Channel to not only, like and subscribe but to comment with genuine thoughts . (Please leave a comment there underneath the video and not here) as i would like for my listeners to feel welcomed to give more in thought towards those uncomfortable conversations than in clout, which is what my subject matter is based on ..."Commentary on our shared world".In hopes that this may be fruitful to you i look forward to your response The Horse on a Trampoline Official Music Video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/idWcZqekvM7eoHU.html All the best Ibn Orator P.S. Im aware that for some us, if not all, are having a hard time this year despite it coming to an end, ..so id like to say that i love you very much, if you haven't heard it from anyone, and that things are about to change as they always do, for better or worse….#Godspeed.

Greetings Beautiful soul! (forgive me abit i know I am not exactly what you may have come here for ..) but my name is Ibn Orator...I am an Avant-Garde, introspective & Political Hip Hop Artist from New Haven CT. I've recently released a project titled "The Fishbowl Syndrome" that is centered around the topic of our mental health and art; how they intertwine in experience or how they are sometimes viewed juxtapose, and ostracized as one here in America;to which my first debut music video "The Horse on a Trampoline", works showcase on the spectrum of my own experiences with it-- that i feel fans alike of FKA twigs, Doja,, EarthGang, Flying lotus, Childish Gambino or those of Bjork, Vince staples , Lupe Fiasco, & Reggie watts may resonate with...id like to share this with you by giving a warm welcome to my Channel to not only, like and subscribe but to comment with genuine thoughts . Im aware that for some us, if not all, are having a hard time this year despite it coming to an end, ..so id like to say that i love you very much, if you haven't heard it from anyone, and that things are about to change as they always do, for better or worse….#Godspeed..

Everybody who felt this song on a spiritual level knows how precious life is. How every interaction is precious, community, love, friendship, family, God, etc. We know what it is like to be down in the depths of darkness and the edge of light. We see things differently unfortunately we can't make people see what we see. Love life

”I'm not difficult I just see things differently..” I know that feeling I felt this feeling❤️ Only if we would just accept people for who they are and not try to change them or take their differences as an excuse to no longer deal with them... Or lessen their worth...It be much more love then heartbreaks

Wow, this song just made me cry. Instantly thought about my ex who died this year - I loved him with my whole heart and never stopped loving him. Even to this day. I swear my tears could write a whole song about him, and thank you Jhene for putting them into words and a beautiful song! Much love!

[Verse 1: Jhené Aiko] I know what it's like to lose, do you? Do you? Have you ever loved someone, then lost that one? You can't even call they phone You can't even ask how they day was Nothing in life's guaranteed, you'll see, uh I'm not being difficult, I just see things differently When I say I wanna see you, that means something deeper to me [Chorus: Jhené Aiko] I've been missing you for ten thousand hours (Thousand hours) I cannot let go, ten thousand memories (Memories) I've been missing you for ten thousand hours (Thousand hours), yeah I cannot let go, ten thousand memories (Memories) [Verse 2: Jhené Aiko] Have you ever loved someone, then lost that one? Have you ever missed someone that ain't coming back? Uh You can't even tell that one 'cause they're not here to hear it Do you hear me? Nothing in life's guaranteed, you'll see I'm not being difficult, I just see things differently You don't see the urgency (You don't see the urgency) That really worries me (That really worries me) The problem is that we think, naturally, we have time but you'll find Anything can happen, don't take it for granted You know [Chorus: Jhené Aiko & Nas] I've been missing you for ten thousand hours (Ten thousand hours) I cannot let go, ten thousand memories (Ten thousand memories) I've been missing you for ten thousand hours (Ten thousand hours), uh I cannot let go (No), ten thousand memories (Ten thousand memories, yo) [Verse 3: Nas] Thinkin' back on some good times we had with some bad people, like "I shoulda saw she was see through" or "He was evil", like "I wasted my good experience with these people", like "Guess it was meant to be, you was teaching me life" So only half that memory's worthwhile We had beef but at least there's a birth of a child Cooled and flipped it, reminiscing bad times with good people's terrific Beautifully different 'cause we still kick it You said we can't be intimate, you said we can't go there If this thing is going nowhere, it's so weird Now it's cold, thought I had control, thought I took your soul Nah, I took your mind, engraved my name You told me that my mind is your favorite place to hang Ten thousand hours turned to ten thousand bridal flowers What was mine is ours How many soulmates we get in this lifetime? Right now's the right time, you the wife kind [Outro: Jhené Aiko] You could search your whole life tryna find A love as good as the time we had, we had (We had) Every person that comes in your life Here for a limited time So be fair, be there (Be there), uh Always planning, never manifesting Father, please help me send him this message Always planning, never manifesting Father, please help me send him this message
