They call this Dingalan the Batanes of the East, but I prefer to call it the Paradise of the East. Dingalan may not be a destination for everyone, but with the right resort and location, it becomes a family-friendly destination. While it may not offer a variety of dining options, the breathtaking views will surely make up for it.
