This channel is just awesome, your videos have such a relaxing aesthetic effect. I am a south Indian but since childhood I have been a fan of Bengali food because my neighbor Bengali aunty used to make these amazing dishes for me.Now after 15years, I am trying out these dishes and they give an amazing feel of nostalgia and the same old taste. Thank you for helping me revive those old memories.

While growing up, this used be my favorite item for breakfast. I am from Bangladesh, basically a 'Bengali' as well. I could connect with so many things like: Bhoger Khichuri, Ilish maach, luchi, dalna and all that. I really admire the efforts you guys are putting. So a huge hug from a 'Bong' from Bangladesh. :)

I must admit - this is the most professionally cooking channel ( if that’s the term ) I love to watch . Your descriptions and presentation are both excellent . I just love watching the videos. The recipes are good enough, meticulously prepared and minutely detailed with exact measurements in step-by-step style so that even complete noobs may be able to cook like a chef. Subarna Shekhar Gaine You do realise that this video making takes a lot of effort and they have to show a clean clutter free kitchen and everything is too sterile - potatoes, expensive slicers, clothes to dry potatoes, kadai, the sieve, tokri, chef knife, paper napkins , fry oil spoon , mortar pestle..this must have taken them an entire day to shoot.

My plate was lucky that I didn't chew it down as well. Beyond tasty! This is by far the best ever Alu Bhaja/bhaji I ever had. I'm a big time foodie & always eating outside. The seasoning is usable on other fried stuffs like fried cauliflower or french fries. Loved the way you two made the video. Thanks & keep up the great work
