どうも、おもしろ雑貨コレクターの伊勢海老太郎です。今回は前回の「究極のMYO（マヨネーズ）マシン」の続編です。究極のMYOマシンと焼きペヤングメーカーをコラボさせてみました。さらにマヨネーズを味変させて、説明書にレシピが記載されている、オリーブオイルマヨネーズ、ごま油マヨネーズも作りました。オリーブオイルマヨネーズは、マヨネーズというよりも、マヨネーズ風のドレッシングです。そしてごま油マヨネーズは、想像通りのこってりで、ごま油の香りと味がすごいです……。ごま油に合う料理であれば、より美味しく食べられると思います。……って当たり前ですけどね（笑）。究極のマヨネーズ作りの研究はずっとしていて10回以上作っていますが、前回の動画のマヨネーズは今思うと失敗です。前回の動画の2回目は黄身と油が分離し過ぎています。今回と黄身の色と滑らかさが全然違いますよね。材料を常温にして、同じ温度にしてやるのがコツでした。そしてもう1つ気がついてしまいました……（笑）。「究極のTKG」は生卵を白身と黄身にわけて、白身をメレンゲにして黄身をのせます、同じことが今回の究極のMYOマシンでもできてしまうのです。「究極のMYO」マシンは「究極のTKG」マシンにもなるのです（笑）。タカラトミーアーツの「究極のMYO」という商品です。Amazonで3,690円で購入しました。単2形乾電池が3つ必要で、別売りなので注意が必要です。詳細は下記関連リンクをご確認ください。プライベートチャンネルでも「究極のMYO」と「超超超大盛ペヤングGIGAMAXマヨネーズMAX」のWマヨネーズコラボ動画をアップしました。宜しければこちらもご覧ください。

今回はこれまでの動画に比べると、撮影編集の難易度が高かったです（笑）。究極のマヨネーズは時間の経過とともに、メレンゲが液体化して、黄身と油が分離するので、出来立てが1番美味しいです。カメラを回しながら、焼きペヤング作り、究極のNTOを作り、究極のTKGも作る、米を炊く、そしてお皿のセッティングもする、そんな感じでマヨネーズの状態を考えながらドタバタで撮影しました……（笑）。ふわふわのマヨネーズが醍醐味なのですが、けっこう時間が経ってしまい液体化していますね……。色々と作り過ぎて動画素材もごちゃごちゃしていて、なんとか1つにまとめた感じです。今回の動画はわかりにくかったり、見ずらかったでしょうか？何か気がついた点があればコメントくださると嬉しいです。次の撮影編集に活かしたいと思います。最近は暑くて趣味の散歩ができなくて残念です。

Put everything in a bowl and mix to complete the mayonnaise. Use mayonnaise for cooking. Peyoung is a famous Instant Yakisoba Noodles in JAPAN. Yakisoba is a stir-fried noodles. Usually I put hot water and cook, but this machine is different. This machine cooks by baking Peyoung on a hot plate. It is very tasty. I made sesame oil mayonnaise and olive oil mayonnaise. I topped soba rice with sesame oil mayonnaise. I put the olive oil mayonnaise on the salad. Both were very delicious. Making mayonnaise has improved over the previous video. The Mayo is made in such a different way in Japan from here. Depending on the style either just the yolk is used or the whole reg is. You need a hand blender to do the whole egg style. Never are the whites whipped then mixed with a loose emulsion of egg yolk and oil. My recipe: One whole egg 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar ½ tbsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp salt ½ tsp white pepper ½ tsp wasabi powder mixed with just enough water to make it a dry paste 1 tbsp granulated garlic mixed with 1 tbsp water and set aside for 5 minutes. One cup neutral oil like grapeseed oil To make: Make sure the garlic has absorbed all the water drain excess water of with a paper towel if it is moist. Put everything except the oil in a thin tall container. Stir gently to break up any lumps. Add oil. Stand a handheld stick blender on the bottom and pulse 4 to5 time to start the emulsion. Blend for 30 seconds to one minute to get a strong emulsion going. Continue blending and hold the container down as you slowly lift and lower the stick blender up and down slightly to pull the remaining oil in. You might need to pause and pull the blender out completely and reinsert it half way to get the majority of the oil. It is ok to leave a thin film. Remove the stick blender and scrape it clean with a rubber spatula. Use the spatula to fold in the last remaining film of oil. Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate. As this is a raw egg product this should be thrown away after 3 days if not consumed. This is a very thick and flavourful mayonnaise. I love it on everything from sandwiches to veggies to fries. I hope you try it!

One of my fondest memories of living in Japan is eating TKG every morning on my way to work at a breakfast restaurant near the restaurant I worked in akasaka. The eggs have so much flavor it's crazy. Almost as if they are seasoned in the shell. I still dream of eating those eggs so many years later. Nihongjin tamago sekai wah ichiban!

クッキングトイとクマのドライバーセット→クッキング、飯テロ、ポケモンのテーブルウェア、ミッフィーのテーブルウェア、ミッフィーのライト、2回目のクッキングと飯テロ、カエルのスプーン、日本ゴリ押しテーブルウェア。ペヤングやご飯類も雑貨もボリューム半端ないですね。個人的に可愛いと思ったのはクマのドライバーセット、星の杖型の塩と胡椒入れと、お菓子の家型のタイマー、猫の手のトング。こんなに可愛いキッチンツールがあるんですね。初めて知りました！！！あんなに大量の炭水化物…UP主さんの胃がもたれなかったか心配です。

全自動とはいかないが卵割り機を初めて見た実際にあることに感動😭 納豆混ぜ器は偉大なお方が自動納豆混ぜ器を作ってるのを見た後なので、なんでもかんでも自動にするもんちゃうなと思ってしまった

In the Mayo maker machine, in pretty sure the top container is the Mayo and the second egg white beater is just to make something useful out of the whites you don't eat. No mayo has that weird texture you're getting bc mayo is supposed to be what's in the top container.
