苦茶油/camelia oil: 900g
高油酸葵花油/sunflowern oil: 900g
椰子油/coconut oil: 720g
棕櫚油/RSPO-palm oil: 720g
乳油木果脂/shea butter: 360g
99%氫氧化鈉/sodium hydroxide: 512g
純水/distilled water: 688g
鮮乳/whole milk: 200g
老薑/aged ginger: 50g
薑精油/ginger essential oil: 40g
粉紅葡萄柚精油/pink grapefruit essential oil: 50g
薰衣草精油/lavender essential oil: 80g
安息香精油/benzoin essential oil: 10g
老薑粉/ginger powder: 20g

In the traditional pharmacy, ginger help increase circulation. We use ginger for foot bath in the winter.

Olive oil and high oleic sunflower oil share very similar fatty acid composition with camelia oil, which means the soap properties would be very similar too.
