Jiaoqiu Does Dot & Everyone Got Nerfed? - Honkai Star Rail 2.4 V3 Beta Changes. Welp another week another big news for honkai star rail beta. Jiaoqiu gets a big change while the March and Yunlie had some minor changes. What do you guys think about jiaoqiu changes?

thoughts on the jiaoqiu dot untied from the eidolon? Btw dont get me wrong, i can see him running together with guinaifen as she can proc his fire dot with her ult

Honestly that's good, he needed something a little more since he was nerfed pretty bad. I get that giving him a heal or defense shred would've been insane and would've brought up the power creep argument again, but the kit after was very middling, I was still gonna get him, but I'd argue aside from support for Acheron and Dr. Ratio, he was kinda worse than Black Swan. So the fact they made him more towards dots is a welcome change as now he has more flexibility

Thanks idiots that wanted Jiaoqiu to be a dps. Now theres not shot at him being a healer that does significant def shred so we could do some actual crazy comps. Now we have a subpar fire dot only for dot comp instead of a healer that couldve made both nihility teams excel.

I am really curious if the beta tester feedback is significant to the final build of the characters. If it does, they need people with more insight in game design 😂

@@Kirahigsf it is, then why they butchered dehya?. Beta testers said her dmg multipliers are low in beta 1 but devs said you know what? Let's bring them down even more.

@@marupurusaivamsi4802The teams for HSR and Genshin are different. A more appropriate case would be Arlan who was good in his beta, but then got nerfed in 1.0

They nerfed jiaoqiu even more in v5 so he's not even worth putting in dot team anymore since guinaifen is way better and has easy access to eidolons and has a better fire dot kit

The worst thing is, the only not balanced one previously was jiaoqiu (dot being tied to eidolons) Yunli and march were totally fine and needed no changes idk what hoyo is doin. I guess they just LOVE killing their games as soon as a new one comes out (happend to genshin when hsr released and now zzz is doing the same to hsr)
