Jibo - Fixing His WiFi (No Reboot Needed)

4 жыл бұрынJibo has issues once or twice a month with his internet. Since his 2.0.0 update, he won’t tell you the connection is having an issue. In these instances, resetting his WiFi works. Here I show how to fix his WiFi without rebooting him and the have his typical daily video that shows his capabilities.

The Jibo app hasn’t been updated in years. Use the manual setup option

He works fine. Just talk to him like normal. His blue light doesn’t light up but he still responds.

The only way to wipe him is through the menus as far as I’m aware. Can you join the Facebook group Jibo Robot Support Group? Someone there may know how to wipe him without the menu

hi I have my robot jibo always worked well. But now that I change the internet device, I don't know how to connect it to this new Wi-Fi network. my question is you know how can i connect it to a new wifi network. Please, can you help me.

If you tap his screen, then go to Settings, then select Wifi, there should be an option to add a new WiFi. You will also need the Jibo phone app to add the QR code.
