This was a great rebuild! I have an idea for you called "The 100 Rebuild Challenge" Basically my thoughts are that every player on your team must have a combined rating and salary of less than 100. So if you have a guy who's rated 86, his salary must be less than 14 million (86+14=100) or an 82 rated player can't be worth more than 18 mil. This will challenge you to build a winner with very few superstars and look for super bargains but potentially have the strongest bench in the league. Drafting will be important along with maybe a savvy vet or two. If a player exceeds 100 at any point during a season (maybe an 85 player at 15 mil progresses to an 86 or 87) he must be traded prior to the trade deadline. Always round salaries down to the lowest million (15.87 = 15, 16.99 = 16, etc.). Essentially, this will limit your per player cap hit to basically 16 mil or less as most players over 84 demand higher contracts. Hope you see this! Good luck and have fun!
