I can't give Jay Z top 3 all time because Biggie, Nas, Black thought, Rakim, Scarface, Kool G, Krs 1 ahead of him then AZ , Cormega close but he Top 10! Sky zoo can get Jay if you listen so it's hard to place him ahead of some very lyrical MC's !
