After a very long and physically demanding 10 hours at work the first thing I did (after removing a chilled sports drink from the fridge) was to tune into the newest Sammy adventure. How good was that! Thanks heaps for putting it out there.

Have you been to WA to catch our DHUFISH? (aka Pearl perch on steroids!) In certain places you can catch them 70cm+ in under 20m.🤯 Which is so much fun. 😍

Hey Sammy, quick question. When you chase Mahi, do you go out the south passage bar and if so can you give me any tips as me and my dad are wanting to target some Dollies in the summer. Great vid as always 👍

You can catch Mahi out of almost any port in SEQ. Fishing the fads with livebaits or pillies is a pretty sure fire way of getting a few 🍻🍻

What depth were you fishing legend?? I haven’t seen such consistent pearlies, I usually get lucky with them between the snapps

Would you choose between PG or hg oj for up to 300meters? Or just go bigger with 4000 sized or 2000

Really depends what you want to catch mate. I’d go a 2000HG for versatility. But if you’re going to be doing heaps of the deep stuff the 4000hg has more grunt and better retrieval 👌👌

Jigging doesn’t work in the shallow fishless waters off Yeppoon. Will need to head to SEQ to find some decent fishing soon I think.

Catching them is the easy part, finding the spot holding them, well that’s entirely different! What us viewers need are some GPS spots to fish! 😉😉

What is the point of fighting the fish so hard and impatient as Dicko did? It looked like he pulled the hook on multiple good fish because he was not willing to give the fish one single meter of line and wanted it in the boat as fast as possible.
