For anyone confused or curious when Jihyo was talking about P relying on J, she's talking about MBTI. The last letter of an MBTI is either P or J, she's talking about how hers is P and her manager's is J. She's talking about being a P that relies on a J because usually P's are not the planning type, they adapt as they go, but J's are more structured and prefer to plan things ahead of time. So Jihyo is relying on her manager to make a plan for them for the day because she thinks her manager is inherently better at planning than she is
