As someone who’s chartered yachts and sailboats with my family we would NEVER speak to the staff the way she did. I don’t care how entitled you think you are. The cold food was the ONLY thing there was a reasonable complaint about. She was way out of line and defending that behavior’s not only embarrassing but shows others’ character as well.

These shows can be addictive to watch but just as addictive I’m sure to be on.

Having worked in customer service I have encountered all types of guests. Jill was actually honest open and helpful there have been worse guests on below deck. Also Jill was helping and saying what she needed and giving advice I what have appreciated her advice.

Ahhh. Below Deck is a very popular franchise and the whole reason I watch is to see how the crew react to terrible and dramatic guests. Jeff complained about his clients and different vendors on Flipping Out.

I watched it and I didn’t think she was so bad either. They had paid or their friends had paid £45,000 for 2 nights. You could see that behind the scenes the crew were falling apart.
