This video unlocked a part of me that I've forgotten exists. When I was a teen, I LOVED organizing, making lists, having things METICULOUSLY organized...but I never found my flow with it and I let "life" get in the way. I didnt stay disciplined, I got pregnant and started a family a year after graduating high school...now I have 2 toddlers and I am so sick of flying by the seat of my pants. I need to get my brain out onto an organized template, whether that's paper or digital. The satisfaction and inspiration I got from this video is intense! Thank you Jillz! I just have to take a second to thank you. I was in a huge rut in my life and I felt paralized to do anything productive or positive. One day I stumbled upon your videos and watched 6 straight..this one being the last. I decided to buy your template and when I tell you Ive been religiously using Notion now for a little over a month which has lead me to actually sticking to all my weekly goals and taking care of myself. I've been going to the gym again..cleaning more..eating better..my whole life has changed in such a positive way. My boyfriend says I should be a sponsor for notion for how much I talk about it. But It is all thanks to stumbling upon your videos. I am so grateful for your content. You've really helped pull me out of a depression and Im so thankful. Jillz, you have singlehandedly re-shaped how I view myself and how I operate in my day to day personal and work life. Not only does your template help organize and automate weekly tasks, it also puts a framework around how to make thoughtful decisions and look forward to becoming your ideal version of yourself. I used to do this on paper, and across different apps, but having the ability to add visuals to one place really ties everything together. To take your template one step further for me, I added three things: 1 - A "Purchase Planning" page to track future "big" personal purchases I wanted to make (shout out LED light mask), and also plan out when my friends/family birthdays are, so I can be prepared for that spending. One of my goals is to play more offense on my finances, prioritize traveling, and showing my friends and family that I care about them, so this gives it a fun way to see what is coming up, and making better personal spending decisions. 2 - In the weekly agenda template, I also added in my cycle phases, so I can add my phase in for each day. I use a cycle app tracker, but seeing it visually in the context of my weeks/days, helps me make better decisions about what workouts to do, when to maybe rest a little more, when to take on bigger challenges, etc. There is something about planning out the week, and seeing where I'm at in my cycle in the context of each day feels like I'm in more tune with my body. This was a lovely add to the weekly agenda, and I highly recommend any female who is interested in cycle syncing to do this too! 3 - Also in the weekly agenda, I added a section for each day to write one thing I'm grateful for. Doing this for about a month now has oriented me to seeking out the positive and keeping me in that grateful, receiving space. Thank you again for sharing your template and making this world a better place for us ladies

What a great video explaining your Notion set up. You’ve done a beautiful job. I have been using Notion for two years now to organize my entire life and it has been the most impactful thing to my sanity. I especially love the agenda as a to do list for the week ahead because you can easily tick things off as you have free time. One thing I have started doing with my books is doing a quick two minute book report using Siri attached to each book I read so that I can reflect back on key takeaways what I learned with the story was about to jog my memory in the future. I can’t wait to update my Notion with some of your inspiration. Thank you again.

I have struggled for years to find an effective planner system for myself, and I think the struggle is finally over! I really love this. Thank you so much for sharing! I am a bullet journal person so I probably have most of the lists that you have. The only problem with bullet journal is sometimes when you are on the go and you don't have the notebook with you, you don't get to update it. Also I change my BuJo every year so I had to copy the lists/templates for the next year. What I love about this app is it basically has everything that you could ever need in terms of journaling. I love that you can customize it with pictures / emojis etc. to have a personal touch. I love that you can access it wherever you go / whatever device you use. And I love that it's not limited to just 1 year! It will then be very easy to review the past years and track your improvement. Again, thank you so much for sharing! ❤

Oh well! I use Trello to merge my personal and business goals and at most there are wallpapers and cover pages for the different cards pinned. But this is definitely more feminine and pretty. Thanks for sharing! Trello was designed more to integrate team projects but I love this.

I've always liked the idea of using Notion, but was struggling because many of those templates seem so difficult, career driven and strict, so I was tired just by watching those tutorials haha. Hi Jillz, thank you for sharing, I do like the way you've set it up, and some pages I probably will copy. As it happens, I've just started on notion myself after Christmas, and I've been following Thomas Frank's tutorials. I set up a copy of his Ultimate Notes page, and I'm now migrating all the notes I've made on various platforms into it. Since I've started adding icons I've been using it a lot more 😂 Thing is, I still love using pen and paper, especially the Bullet Journal system, but for certain planning aspects Notion will be far more efficient. We'll see where I'm at in a year's time!

This video is amazing, the price tag for the template was a bit too high for me but I will say that recreating it took about 10 hours of me learning how to even use notion enough to create it. So anyone who wants to save 10 hours should just buy the template. I used it as a learning opportunity because I had been wanting to learn how to use notion anyway.

Oh yay I love organization! I’m still a paper girly though so will see. I just love the content and ideas here Jillz. You have seriously done so much for so many of us! I commented last week that I made a 2024 board and am working on moving towards goals softly… well I just have to share that within DAYS of receiving my printed out board (I used Canva, it’s my first time paying to print like that but omg so worth it!!) I am already seeing milestones that I thought might happen by the end of the year! I’m still kind of in shock from it all. I have a KZfaq channel that’s been slow growing for like two years and I just got a major viral video (for my channel at least) and it has delivered over 300 subscribers from one video! Im going to be monetized in less than a week probably. 😊 So yeah. I just had to share this bc I have been tempted to give up and go back to my “old life” of grinding bc you know, we need money to live. But seeing the potential and my hard work paying off, it’s amazing. And I wouldn’t be receiving these blessings if I hadn’t come across this channel and this whole vibe of new found feminism, at least that’s how I see it for myself. So thank you Jillz! I got your template and I absolutely love it! I've been looking for an easy organization system and this seems like it. I have been trying to add a widget for Agenda on my phone but widgets don't seem to be working for Notion. I thought I saw that you had added one to your phone. Any suggestions?

The app looks like it functions well, I struggle with keeping things concise and consistent so this looks great. However, I'm paranoid if my phone is stolen or I drop it down a drain grate, then I'd lose so much valuable information. So I'm going the old fashioned route and got a binder with tabs and just going to copy notion's layout. Still trying to figure out how to make this way as visual as yours

It’s okay if you lose your phone since it will also be in your computer! Also it is all connected to your notion account, not a specific device, so you just log in again on a new computer or phone and it’s all there! Pretty cool!

Dear Jillz, I am happy with your template! One question: in the agenda mode, when I click on a different date in the date wizard, it will not open that agenda week. How can I fix this? I already tried to check the knots, stripes. What do I do? Thanks Marjan

You just have to the press the “new week” button at the top and then fill in the date! It’s not an automated date or anything 😊

Thank you for your answer@@JillzGuerin Then, when you are in Notion, how do you practically plan the other weeks, like if you want to switch between weeks to schedule stuff in you remeber to do for over 3 weeks f.e.? Otherwise I need to write these things down in a separate agenda/calendar somewhere else. How do you do that? Thank you!
