It’s insane that people can turn their back on the “innocent until proven guilty” statement. Insane. No matter how detrimental the crime you are always pressured innocent until proven guilty which is why even the people who have the harshest look and you are 100% sure if guilt they still have the opportunity to present their defense, and if the offense out weighs the defense then justice is served

Thats actually not how the law works. There is nothing in the law that says you have to side with the accused. What it says is presume innocent until proven guilty which we are know is subjective anyway. Just because by law accused is presumed innocent does not mean we had to stand by that person. It simply means under the law they will be treated equally they will be giving a chance to face their accuser and they will be given proper representation
