The way he landed looks horrible. I don't know the full story yet but clearly it should never have happened. He's lucky he only damaged his knee, could have broken his back

Cornette's got some mad balls for not being a wrestler or ever in ring shape. He's also one of the very few guys with big enough balls to stand up to/threaten Lesnar in real life when everyone else kisses his ass.

He started in the Memphis territory where wrassling was real. I remember his original work on Memphis studio wrestling and his promos were great. He learned the business from Jerry Lawler and Jimmy Hart two of the greats.

I think it’s more that scaffold matches are really limiting due to the dangerous setting, turning into a very gingerly punch and kick contest because the guys are more focused on not accidentally falling off the sides of the scaffolding.
