Man, your JD sure looks amazing and sounds awesome! Did you have to enlarge the size of your peg head holes for the new tuners? I just bought a new Gretsch Jim Dandy and want to upgrade the tuners to something similar to what you have and just hoping I could find some that didn't require any drilling. Thanks!

So my first dandy I had buckle in my top at bridge cuz I like to run heavier gauge strings. It relieves tension on that bridge so I can use heavier strings. Aesthetically it looks better in my opinion and some guys seem to think it adds a bit more sustain to the guitar. That I’ve personally not noticed a lot.
