Here’s Jim Henson’s Wilkins Coffee commercials in HD. The first source is from a post by the Jim Henson Company on TikTok and the second source is from the Sesame Gang: How We Got To Sesame Street Documentary from 2021. And the third one is sourced from the very recent Jim Henson Idea Man on Disney Plus. Most uploads of Wilkins Coffee commercials are usually uploads from a Jim Henson Company vhs tape or ones that are in sd quality taken from 16mm film reels.
These three sources seem like they are the highest quality versions of these commercials in existence, especially the Framerate is not watered down compared to to some other uploads online.
It would be cool if the Jim Henson Company would release these commercials as well as other ones Jim Henson made on DVD and Blu-Ray, but I guess they are either not interested or possibly have to do with licensing issues. The closest thing to an official home video release of these commercials is a fanmade one by Kermiclown, which that user has a whole site dedicated to rare Jim Henson and Muppets media called KermiClownVideos. Which the DVDs that user makes is pretty solid and highly recommended if you’re a Jim Henson and Muppets fan, especially pieces of Muppets media that have barely been re-released.
