Brilliant! I have always held Hendrix in high/mystical esteem, to the point where I felt inhibited to actually try to play his work. Yeh, I know. But a breakdown like this helps me to feel that I can honour his music with my attempt to play it. So, yes please! I'd love to see more of these instructionals (they don't all have to be Hendrix!).

Another really good one Richie. The more I watch your Hendrix stuff, the more I realise I really would like an in depth lesson from you on his bending. That would be awesome!! The pre-bends, the fast whole step bends, the slow vibrato stuff. To be able to let those bends wail. And how to practice them. Thanks dude!!

This one specific song is so crazy inventive ! Imagine the level of the genius and feel and everything it must have taken ending up with such progression of chords ? Plus it’s just the beginning !!! Unique. The guy was mesmerizing. And you totally do him justice, respect 🔥

this is where Hendrix's song writing really shines. I always thought same thing about little wing which actually does have few similarities to this song. So simple, so unique and genius. Choice and progression of chords never heard anywhere before or even after. At least we can enjoy its beauty.

These are actually some very reasonable pickups ! Retail at less than a Hundred for the set ? I’m still ironing a few things out but may have a demo inbound soon 😊

@@FretJunkies I see.. I can't find many sound samples for Foley pre cbs 60s. I like what I hear from limited sources online like Lucas Plowman and Artur Menezes.. I'm interested in ordering a set, can you help me out with some more sound samples of the 60s set, do you have any videos of yours using them?
