Jimi was also an Idol of Freddie Mercury. He went to several of Jimi's concerts. Whenever I see Jimi in the UK, I think of Freddie in the audience.

You know you’re the GOAT when you sing, play the guitar behind your back and with your teeth, all while chewing gum. Great video guys. On a side note it was kind of funny when you made your toast right when the lyrics “I’m going to shoot my Old Lady” played lol. Great one Hank & Sassy. Thank you!

Out of all the people that I've seen commenting on Hendrix's performances you are the only one who knew about him about his background and you explained it very well very cool E,D Smith

Jimi was unique : genius, great composer, fantastic guitarist, singer, showman, he sang and played guitar at the same time ... he also played bass and drums in studio on some occasions and was very good. Gone too soon ... Love you Jimi forever ...

If you're going to use only one word to describe Jimi, "Fantastic" would be the one.🎸

There are great guitarists. Then there is Jimi. Nobody has come even remotely close to matching him, although many have tried. He only made three studio albums in his lifetime, but they are cast in stone. Jimi was also a brilliant showman, stylish dresser, and lyricist. To catch him at his very best, listen to:- "Drivin' South" "House Burnin' Down" "Machine Gun" (Ist version at the Filmore East New Year's Eve 1969) Gone, never ever to be forgotten.

Great post - Jimi Hendrix - a class by himself. Gone way too young. Foxy Lady & Wild Thing are so good. Yeah, a lot of his gets blocked. no guitar was safe from Jimi.

Jimi knew how to tear it up. He was too good for this world that's why God took him back so young.

Very true. It’s very sad but at the same time I wonder if any individual with his status of talent, fame, and fortune, around that time could ever make it out alive.
@brittneyking42843 жыл бұрын
@@ariimoanacotter2873 right, Jimi was so talented and beautiful but he grew up believing that he was worthless. His mother kept coming in and out which confused him, she didn’t even bother leaving all together, she just confused him more and left him even more heartbroken and it’s been said that his father only started to care after his son died but that it was really only because he wanted whatever money he could surge up off of jimi’s name. He was even sexually, emotionally and physically abused. He had to take care of his younger brother who, in the end, betrayed Jimi by only caring about getting money instead of actually nurturing his brother’s legacy. Jimi was one of the greatest and he was meant for better and he should have seen his legacy. He was so beloved.

You have it all backwards prince was Influenced by jimi in the wardrobe department. jimi hendrix's wardrobe was so fly, his groupies used to sneak backstage and into his hotel suite to steal his clothes. He had to have his personal tailor send him suit cases full of extra clothing

Back in the ‘20s, Charlie Patton was a great bluesman who used, so it is said, most of the show tricks Hendrix used. Playing behind his head, with his teeth, etc. That was on an acoustic guitar, of course. I enjoyed your vid. ✌️
