Guys in the physical CD, this song "Letter" is a part of the "Like Crazy (english version)" which is the last track. That track is 10 minutes long in the CD. After like crazy ends there's a silence till the 6:13 mark, then this song starts playing. It's also the 7th track in the album and you all know what 6,13 means it's their debut date 13th June(06). And yes jungkook has given backing vocals in this song. This legit sounds like a mature version of "Promise" to me!! A letter to BTS and Armies from jimin🥺💜

Also, Jimins handwritten lyrics contained some context around who this song was for, which were not put in the final version, but eagle eyed armies found it and translated it. 😉

exactly! as with all hidden BTS tracks it is for ARMY. Jimin is expressing what we mean to him and that he hopes we will still be there when they return and nothing has changed.

The lyrics are so much more powerful after hearing him say on Suchwita that he wrote it to the fans after the pause announcement last year. Therapeutic for both him and us. Thank you Jiminah, Letter is very comforting. I’m so glad JK was backing him up on this song. It’s officially my favorite song now. It’s right that it was hidden and therefore will never be about charts or streams. Apobangpo!

Suga interviewed Jimin and Jimin said the sixth track is a hidden track called Letter that he wrote to their fans and that this song is about how he felt for their fans. The song was his emotions for their fans.

Letter is my favourite track, and the fact Jungkook is on it, is beautiful, and Yes we knew, on Thursday some people got there album a day early and there was rumours there was a hidden track with Jungkook on but no one knew if it was true or not, so it was being kept quiet and only talked about in direct messages, and then someone took a photo of the page in the Photobook with the credits for the song (where its white ink written on white paper, so its easily missed), and we realised it was real, but we waited to say anything until it was the official album release time

EDIT: I had a feeling there was something missing cause there are only 6 tracks. I dont know why at that time I felt like 6 songs are incomplete. And I was right! 7 is an important number for them and especially Jimin.. i just felt and kinda expected that there would be 7 songs but wasnt expecting it to be a hidden track. 🥲🥲🥲🥲 Oh from the lyrics, I suddenly remembered what he said during the dear class of 2020 ..."Remember there is a person here in Korea, in the city of Seoul, who understands you." 🥲🥲🥲

Thank you for the reaction. You should watch the color coded version of this. It shows more clarity with the words of the song and which part JK comes in. This is such a heartfelt song. Jimin layed his heart and soul out for this song. His vocals were captivating and then Jungkook coming in with the ad libs. Absolute perfection!! 😭💞💞

One of my favorites. I’m playing it on repeat. Letter is so beautiful. It should not be hidden. The acoustic version of Like Crazy is gorgeous as well. But he did that during one of his promotions. I wish more people would hear that version as well.

This is one of my favorite songs on the entire album, if not my favorite. With this playing in the background, I felt so safe to cry a cry I have needed to cry all week. My heart felt so good afterwards.
