They end Boy with Luv like that, as a callback to Boy in Luv, and they do make gun signs a lot in their older choreos (being named Bulletproof). Boy with Luv makes the crucial change where Jungkook in the middle at the end changes it to the American Sign Language ILY sign (combination of the signs for letters I,L,Y). I fricking love that so much, just one subtle change that speaks so much about how they've evolved.

this song is supposed to represent the emotions of a young school boy who has a crush and everything that it entails. that's probably why you caught that "childish vibe" in the beginning too. it's also why the guys act a little brattier and harsher in the song, because it's like a typical boy in school trying to act like a bad boy in order to get the girl. they really covered the concept perfectly and it slides right into their whole story they're trying to convey with the youth thing. this would probably come as the phase before we mature.

Can we just take a moment to talk about how Jimin's voice has ensnared you since the beginning?!?! Yeah you have watched this performance in MMA 2019. They performed Boy in luv and Boy with Luv back to back. You have missed the thing that they actually make a giant car when Suga's verse includes the car sound. In the high note of the bridge, there is actually Jimin and Jungkook singing together. Jimin was singing on a higher register and JK on lower register. Jimin has the high pitched voice but JK also sing a lot of their high notes. Actually, you're right: Boy In Luv and Boy With Luv are related! In an interview, RM told us that in 2014, they released a song called "Boy In Luv" that was a young love, a teen love. But then after a few years, they grew up and sang about what true love is. It comes from little things you do like wondering how your day was, how you eat, etc. So it's like a continuation, a reversed concept.

Since you've noticed Jimins voice i recommend checking a high notes and falsettos video because he does a lot of the high notes

Here are a few things you got confused with: 1. You definitely heard this song before, remember the MMA 2019 performance. I think now you can watch it once again since you heard almost all songs except Dionysus and Mikrokosmos, so after them I think you should watch that once again if you can. 2. The two people in the washroom, one of them you thought was Suga, instead the two boys in the restroom were Jimin and Jungkook. 3. While listening to the lyric video, where it's Suga's rap and there is a car sound, it's actually Hobi who is making those sounds, btw Hobi is very... energetic 😂. When you look at them together in Run BTS or Bangtan Bombs, Hobi is very high on energy and keeps making sounds and everything. There's a sad thing to it as well, sometimes when Hobi feels down, he can't show it because he thinks for ARMYs he always needs to be the sunshine person who should keep the energy in the room high, and sometimes he feels very tired. I love my little bundle of sun, I swear 🤧 He's so so so special man. So sensitive and so positive and so.... Just so caring. 4. The one who pulled out the rose from the jacket, it was Jungkook. Jin brought the girl in, then it was Jungkook first, Jin second and Jimin third who confessed their love to her.
