God bless our big brother Baba Jimmy Carter! May his legacy live on and grow. That he was introduced to Christ by a Black Bishop was news to me! I am proud to say i voted (in utero!) for President Carter in 77' in Mississippi when my mom cast her ballot for him! Last decent president in faith and morals terms as far as I'm concerned! May he have ease and joy these days in the Georgia sun.

Sometime after Carter left the White House the Presidency turned into an exercise in childish pettiness and loud-mouthed narcissism. That sometime was fairly recent, as we all know. The contrast between the two men could not be more dramatic. // Jimmy Carter reminds us that we must always act from a center of respect and responsibility, honoring everyone around us, even those with whom we disagree.
