It astonishes me why they didn't bring jimmy back..im so glad I grew up during Jimmy's run the golden era was the greatest ..Hulkamania running wild ...Jimmy Hart and his monster heels like earthquake ..Jimmy would come out 2 and 3 times a show and each time have a totally different suit and megaphone that matched the wrestler he was bringing out ..thats dedication to your craft he went above and beyond and not to mention the music he helped make which defined that era ..

WWF had a great crew of managers back in the day with Hart, Heenan, Slick, Fuji, Sherri and lovely Elizabeth!

Jimmy looks just the same as he did when I was a kid in the 80's watching him in the WWF.

Was thinking the same thing. He’s aged well. He does not look 79 !

Great interview as always guys. One of the favorite parts of my childhood growing up in Memphis was to see which heel Jimmy Hart was going to bring in in every Saturday morning to take care of Lawler. Jimmy sure looks great to be 79 years old.

@@jrod7639 I don't know why Vince McMahon never really liked managers, it's gotten to be a lost art. I miss the good old days of Jimmy Hart and Jim cornette cheating to help their team win.

As a lifelong musician who also started out touring while still in high school, one of my lifelong goals is to write a song with Jimmy Hart! Great episode, gentlemen.🤘

Most interviews with wrestlers cover very little of life outside the ring or how they grew up. Fantastic interview. You two are the best.
@whidoineedthis Жыл бұрын
Most people are boring outside of the ring. I always hated when I knew who these people really were. I care about wrestling so much I cam care less about anyone's personal life

Remember Jimmy's start in Memphis with the Lawler broken leg angle. Memphis was HOT during this time, if you were a rasslin fan you watched every show that was on tv, it wasn't just the live matches.

I just discovered that Jimmy Hart is the same age as Mick Jagger--but yet--he looks 20 YEARS YOUNGER than Mick! Between rock and wrestling, I would think both things would make you look 20 years older than your age, but not Jimmy. I would love to ask him--what is his secret to staying and acting so young with such a great memory?

I love Jimmy Hart. Within the first 11 minutes he's already said let me tell you a quick story 3x! This is off the subject but any opinions on why Vince won't put Bill Apter in the Hall of Fame? Really can't think of anyone who has done more interviews and pictures than Bill EVER. He has dedicated his life and soul to the business and can't think of anyone EVER having heat with Bill. Thanks much people.
