During a scathing monologue, late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel slammed New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers for suggesting without evidence that he had ties to Jeffrey Epstein. "He genuinely thinks that because God gave him the ability to throw a ball, he's smarter than everyone else," Kimmel said. NBC’s Chloe Melas reports for TODAY.

Rodgers studied at Cal Berkeley, and ran a very complicated offense in Green Bay for about a decade. He can read NFL defenses better than most of /32 men who are best at this in the world and on NFL rosters.... Kimmel reads jokes aloud that others wrote for him. Jimmy, the man is smarter than you.

Apologize? Kimmel wants Aaron Rodgers to Apologize? Ahh... Remember Kimmel routine on vaccinated and unvaccinated heart attack victims at hospital emergency room during the height of the pandemic.. "Vaccinated, come right in. Unvaccinated, see you later weezy.". A decent normal human being would apologize for that comment in light of subsequent medical studies and statistics as well as to all people suffering heart issues before, during and after the pandemic. I don’t think Jimmy should have to apologize for that because many of those unvaccinated people cost others their lives by overrunning hospitals when they didn’t have to. Most people don’t suffer from permanent side effects from the vaccine. Far more people suffered from heart trouble due to COVID complications instead of from vaccine complications. By that measure he is reasonably frustrated. Now, I think he could say “could we at least make better masks for people who are fearful of the vaccine?” Yes. You can be in support of both personal responsibility and outside help at the same time. He doesn’t have to apologize but he could have added more context.

Funny part is kimmel is straight up making the false accusation… that rodger accused him of being “on a list” while rodgers clearly stated that what he actually was saying was that kimmel would be scared of a list coming out Because it would mean rodgers was correct about there being one(when kimmel previously had discounted him as a wacko for saying there was a list) But kimmel who says he doesnt lie..he just says fact based things.. blah blah.. Nope, big difference. Kimmel makes jokes about things AR says/does. Implying someone is a ped. who participates in trafficking is not a joke and as Kimmel said in his monologue there are enough people out there who will now take that as truth. AR could make a joke about Kimmel's show, jokes that bomb, etc. but he was implying something very insidious.
