When I was a kid I had a large birthmark on my right leg. I noticed I had this but my sister, mother and some of my female friends didn't have it so I came to the conclusion that the difference between boys and girls was that boys had large birthmarks on their leg. I shit you not.

It's easier if you're Jewish. You don't have to discuss anatomy until they're older. Most Jewish families have more than one child so kids see their siblings or cousins without a diaper anyway when they are being potty trained.

Avocadu its from Aramaic and it means "fear of the King" it refers to a cap people of the Jewish faith wear. its mostly worn by men but women do wear them too though very rarely. Some Jews wear them all the time while others only wear them during prayer. There are a lot of different views and debates on that.

Plazmaz Yeah well, I used to think the same thing when I was a kid. Are my perspective different now that I'm grown up? Oh yeah. I mean, if you ask a bunch of teenagers what are the differences between a boy and a girl is, their answers are not going to be "boys are tough and girls are nice". It'll be a lot more complicated than that. I know now that boys aren't always tough and I DEFINITELY know that girls aren't always nice and these kids will grow up in their own surroundings and their own time to figure that out. Just like they'll learn what sex is and all that other stuff that was oblivious to me when I was a kid. Just let them assume these things, it's not hurting anybody, even if it's incorrect.

I don't see why people get so scared at kids naming things by their EXACT name. Kids should me learning the correct name to their genitals since little, and it should be thought by their parents. Let's start naming things by their ACTUAL NAME. It's part of sex ed. and should not only be taught at school but also at home.
