Storyboard animatic from DNA Productions for Jimmy Neutron. Season 2 episode, "Monster Hunt", 2003. Board artist Paul Claerhout. Done the old-fashioned way with pencil and paper, edited on video. Did not have the audio available when the boards were drawn, just working straight off the script. Otherwise, I would have added panels and drawn expressions to match the audio more closely. This video is shared with generous permission provided by DNA Productions, Inc.

Alternate ending: (After Jimmy, Carl, Sheen, and Captain Betty make it back on shore) Carl: Man, Jimmy I can’t believe your dad caused so much trouble dumping chemicals from your lab into Lake Retroville. Jimmy: Don’t remind me Carl. Sheen: Hey Jimmy, I just thought of something while we were paddling. Jimmy: Okay, what is it? Sheen: Your dad said was dumping chemicals from your lab into the lake for couple of years right? Jimmy: Yeah. Sheen: How do we know that there isn’t more than one monster in Lake Retroville? Jimmy: Sheen, don’t be ridicu…. (Jimmy then Sheen might be right) Jimmy: Oh no, Sheen you might have a… (Giant Fish monster comes up and burps out canister containing the chemicals from Jimmy’s lab. Then goes back down) Jimmy:…Point. Carl: What do we do now Jimmy?! Jimmy: Get to my lab. I've got a lot of antidote to make. Sheen: Man, when this is over we need to punish your dad. Jimmy: Hey! He’s my Dad! Sheen: Yeah, so? Jimmy: Only I get to punish him. Sheen: Alright. The end
