Hmm...I didn’t see a smirk but I did see an entire defense team riveted by the prosecutor’s presentation. If there was even a hint of a smile once or twice from anyone it looked to me like admiration for the smoothness of the presentation. I also had to smile a bit at this very clever lawyer.

Would I ever want to be a defence lawyer? Going by this defence team................ no chance in hell!!!! Prosecution on the other hand is showing them what a trial lawyer is.

Prosecutor is very professional. He speaks to the jurors clearly. He’s a good presenter of the case. Defendant always looks mad. Maybe he’s scared. I hope he is. Is execution being considered?

It seems more than unusual to me. It seems wrong and I expected the judge to admonish him in open court for doing it so often for the obvious reason that he wanted to break the great stride and impact of what he - the prosecutor - was saying! THAT seems like it should be addressed by the judge. It’s unethical imo! It’s more than dirty tricks imo and straight up wrong to interfere just to make it SEEM like there’s some mysterious and exculpatory reason they’re all trudging up to the bench time and time again.. it just upsets me to no end!

Lara Desautel Defense Team is trying all nasty tricks and I agree I have seen some objections during closing but sidebars!!! They’re desperate and aim low and I can’t stand that defense lady she is so annoying and inappropriate with all her faces and grins. Arghh!

One of dirty last resort tricks when your defense team is going down in flames, pre-planned on which defense counsel is going to get the kick in cake hole (get a tongue lashing or sanctioned). Young, patience, collective and smart prosecutor handled the old trickster like a pro and didn't break his stride. 4 on 2 and they couldn't break the states (the people) case, tried the dirty tricks (objections upon objections), but Judge saw right through them- over ruled (dipstick)!

Defense is annoying asf, I'v never heard so many objections when it's argument. I didn't see the state objecting like that when they were making they're closing argument. That lady defense attorney is one unlikable person, the way she smirks when the state (prosecution) was talking is very unprofessional and she's not helping her client one bit acting like that. Iv saw better from attorneys that don't do murder trials or trials at all .😂 You should stop doing trials too because you act like a kid when you lose. Grow up start doing your job professional and it might just might help your next client Mrs Kathleen Fitzgeorge.
