Loading with that mat is a good idea, but a loosely loaded heavy scooter is a lethal projectile in a car in case of sudden braking or an accident.

My GTR doesn’t have a slot for that hook in the deck, it’s like they forgot to add it, also two of the bulbs are out on one of my headlights and it arrived with damage to on the right shock damper, starting to think I received a test model or on that was possibly beaten on or returned.

Damn that got some clearance on it. I have one kinda similar but it’s about 100lbs and the clearance is way less. Must feel kinda crazy being up that high at speeds.

Please do not do this. When you have to brake hard this scooter becomes a projectile and can kill you. Such things you have to secure real real strong and tight. I have seen someone who got a toolcase at his back. The force went straight through the seat and killed him. Internal bleedings.

I just wanted to point out that it's even worse than that! At almost 140 lbs and looking absolutely stupid with that high center of gravity "deck in the sky", this scooter seems like it missed the mark IMO. Add in a trigger throttle (I don't care for them), only an easy to crack 3 digit lock holding the battery in (watch these $$$ batteries pop up on CL and MP on a regular basis!), and I think they screwed the pooch on this scooter! But that's just my opinion. @@PERFECTDARK10

electric scooters and electric unicycles are getting more and more powerful, but also, they have lost the original design purpose, they are not portable anymore. from xiaomi around 25 lbs, to now over 100 lbs.

I mean, can't you just pick it up and place it in there? 137 pounds is heavy but not that bad. Don't get me wrong, work smarter not harder I get it. I just don't see it as a huge dilemma to put it into the back of your vehicle. I think most people already know this.
