He canonically said in the teapot that he is intimidating, and he doesn't want to be intimidating. People are intimidated by the serious look on his face, so he builds in a LOAD of jokes, to help people not feel intimidated. And it works. Even if people are annoyed by these jokes, they're at least not scared of Cyno anymore.

Honestly, the funniest was Albedo admitting he likes Cyno jokes, cause now you know he's gonna keep going with making them. Bonus points if it causes Albedo starts doing it occasionally from now on like if they added a scene where they're about to leave & sharing a handshake: Cyno: "It was a pleasure to meet you, hope we meet again." Albedo: "Don't you mean... 'Cyno-nara'?" Cyno: "Huh?...Ah, I see what you did there. Al-larious." ^^ Everyone: **thinking** "Oh no, it's contagious..."

They should make an event where Cyno, Tighnari and Collei visit Fontaine. Cyno: makes his jokes, as always, once he got more comfy around Neuvillette Neuvillette: thinking Cyno: "No? Not funny?" Explains the joke Neuvillette: thinking, listening intently to the explanation "Oh, I see. Understood." Tighnari: *sighs* "Well, at least he sees you as a friend. You see, when he sees you as a friend, he'll make these jokes." Neuvillette: "Oh, I guess you learn something new every day." Then, later, when Cyno says something serious for once: Neuvillette: "Where is the joke in that? I don't understand." Collei and Tighnari: both sigh Cyno: confused

For those who didn't get the "Vayu" part in the first joke, Vayu refers to wind or air in Indian mythology and that's also why it's Vayuda turquoise

The joke Cyno makes around the end of the video is quite different from Spanish. He says something about Collei going with Amber to make new friends, or "colleigas" (colegas ~ colleagues) I played the audio in Chinese, so I don't know if it's close to the original meaning but it really was the only joke I chuckled at. And also, instead of the grounded nuts, he assumes Paimon ate Valberries (Valbayas) because "hicieron que te val- vayas al suelo" (I'm paraphrasing) I was worried about how they would manage to translate the jokes to so many languages, but it wasn't so bad
