Jimmy got a text from his mom saying that his aunt Chippy was denied the use of her Jack in the Box gift certificate which made her very angry because she's their "best egg roll customer." So she called and left a message for the manager to express her displeasure, but the manager never called her back. So naturally Jimmy decided that he should return the call himself.

I delivered Arby’s to her in Manchester, NH once. We didn’t deliver, but we delivered for her. She made sure we knew she was related to Jimmy Kimmel! I was the assistant manager, and I delivered her food to her personally at the Best Western Plus near the airport.

What was she in Manchester for ? I live here (NH) and can't imagine why she would visit NH unless they have relatives that live here. Also, if you don't deliver (and I believe that) the only way she could get delivery is by telling you she was related to Jimmy. Other than saying that you wouldn't have delivered to some random person staying in a motel near the airport.
