To me Jin is not bad at dancing from the start

This is my opinion but I think Jin looks exactly the same as everyone else who is dancing. So I've never understood why some people say he can't dance😂

People say he can't dance but honestly he works so hard to be as good as his members and he get's better every time i can't even compare they're all great dancers meanwhile i'm the one over here that can't even dance ! lol GO JIN !!!!!!!!!!

Jin (and also Namjoon) is actually a great dancer, it's just that Hobi, Jimin and Jungkook are _extraordinary_ dancers, so of course he looks weaker in comparison to them (although he slayed next to Hobi in the "NO" choreography like damn boy!). If you focus just on him like you did in this video, it's pretty obvious that he's in fact very good. I honestly think that his biggest "flaw" (for lack of a better word) in dancing is that he has the least "natural swag" (again for lack of a better word 😅) in the group. His on stage/off stage personae are probably the most different from each other, especially when it comes to sexy choreographies. He's that preppy, modest gentleman without roots in the hip hop or dancing culture, so delivering these performances doesn't come as natural to him as it does to the other members. He IS very capable of doing the movements, but his face often looks a little concerned/too focused instead of "in character", which is something esp Jungkook or Tae are outstanding at as soon as they step on stage. If he's able to figure this out in the future (and it has gotten a lot better since "Fake Love" imo), his stage presence will be insane.

Honestly if watch the dance practices, Jin looks phenomenal. I think he just gets nervous therefore becoming tense while dancing during performances. I so wish he wouldn't though, he deserves all the confidence in the world.

Undoubtedly if you compare him to some like hoseok or jungkook his moves are less sharp and precise but that doesn’t make him a bad dancer, he is a bit less skilled than others but that’s only because he had to learn from scratch during his adulthood and didn’t start as a kid with a passion for dancing. This only makes his progress more outstanding, he is an incredibile dancer and neither his or joon’s dancing is anywhere close to bad, bad dancing is something very different

I was a dancer and I've been impressed with Jin's dancing since day. For someone with no prior training he's doing awesome. Even for some people with training that choreo is dang hard. He has loosened up over the years and just keeps getting better. He will Fly!💜

He is such a hardworking, innocent and humble guy, my love grows for him everyday.

He improved so much I'm so proud! I noticed that he is mostly comfortable with dances that are real fun! Jin is a very happy person who loves having fun! You can see how happy he is in things like War of Hormone, GoGo, 21st Century Girl, Boy In Luv, and Anpanman! He does amazing with every style since debut but if you see him do these dances he smiles throughout them and dances them happily! Jin is truly a shining star!

Seokjin Oppa is a Good Dancer at the start, I Love Him 💜

As a person who dunno how to dance, I can't see which part he cannot dance

A person who cannot dance would be unable to learn what he's learned. He may not be a gifted dancer like the dance line but the man can dance better than half the world. His improvement in fluidity & face/body expression alone is insanely impressive.

Ok as a choreographer, can I just say something. It is easy to spot someone who can't dance if you just look at their hand gestures and the most simple move, like body rolls. With what Mr song said earlier, Jin is extremely stiff, but for someone to move like that, that good, this is even on the debut year, you can see how hard he practiced. I personally think that everyone has an ability to dace, you just need to tap into your inner dancer, and with hard work, anything can happen. For someone who doesn't have any background in dance, Jin may look like someone who had some sort of background at dance. Yes, I know that that's not much, but look Jin was scouted without any background knowledge on what we can say as idol prerequisite but look at he can do. Consider the time that they are given too, that within itself is already taxing for experienced dancers. I have so much to say but I don't want to rant here. I just want people to appreciate just how much Jin, and not just him, idols, in general, put into their work. I really hope that people would consider these things and not selfishly scrutinize others, thank you for your time.

Jin is a beautiful person inside and out. His unending dedication to bettering himself is so impressive. He could have just accepted he was not a born dancer and left it at that but that's not Jin. He worked tirelessly putting in so many extra hours to improve himself. A true star.

He started to improve much more during the “Save Me” era, after that, Blood Sweat and tears, he finally got much better at expressing himself through dancing.

Jin Really can dance in despite of his height.. im not a professional dancer but I do dance and based on how he dance, he's really good compare on other people I know. His lines are on point, he may be a little stiff but it's not so obvious.. well I really do stan Jimin and JHope in relates in dancing but Jin is really good.. I'm no dancer, however I did some contemporary dance, and I been working in the theater for more than 10 years. This man is an absolute king! Both Vocal and dancer. I discovered bts thanks to his ephifany like almost a year and a half ago, keep reading things about jin being not a good dancer, like how????! Maybe he doesn't have a "background" but he started young, maybe the others had a bit more experience, and they learn dance moves on the spot (like jhope), he only takes more time learning the moves, but he is in deed a great dancer, I mean seriously all his band mates keep saying he's been good since the beginning they are videos of jhope, V, Jimin, saying he is amazing. Also something that really got me so impressed is how he delivers emotions thru his songs, he makes you feel every single note, transfer to the dancing as well. I have a lot of love and respect for him. WWH/SILVER VOICE JIN is absolutely amazing 💙💜💓.

Quite clearly Jin is a hard worker and has a very professional approach to his work. He deserves lots of praise and respect. He has done well. His voice is also phenomenal. HE is just great. Love him.

April 2023 I just found this now. It's so good. Jinnie's dancing is wonderful. In the first few clips he looks so serious ha But he's keeping up with the others, so far, so good. There's lots of stories (beside this yours) about him practicing alone, all night. His determination makes me want to cry. It's funny, as he's gotten older and such a good dancer, he seems to be more conservative with the suggestive moves, and even showing what he's got....so cute. I hope he doesn't forget his dancing while he's in the military. Although, his team did win the talent show a couple of months ago. I wonder what the choreography was like? Ha ha

Bcoz this video is made for jin. Of coz i only focus on him. I can definitely say that jin is incredible dancer. He worked really hard n he improved a lots. He absolutely can dance but maybe he was a bit lack in facial expressions while on stage back then bcoz he looked so cautious about his movements. But i can see from 2015 he started to change n until now he is ways more comfortable dancing n singing on stage. He really looks like he is more enjoying his performance. Thats the true idol. Keep it up jin.

He did the choreography for Spine Breaker, and that is just amazing itself. He has a talent, he just hasn’t adjust to it much. Jin started off with no experience as you thought. But his Father is a CEO of an unknown company, that’s why his persona is a real gentleman. He works very hard for his members or brothers as i could say. Jin is a human that can overcome situations within a blink of an eye, he’s very positive about some situations. Seeing the bright side of it all. He’s special and so are the boys. We aren’t perfect, neither are they. so please see them as Humans, Not robots.
