here's the thing: if you read the manga, they are all legit reincarnations of gods so to speak. that's why is named what it is. ALL gods battle royal basically till a good bit later. Haven't watched the anime yet cause I always feel annoyed when animes shorten the story for TV use XD. from what I've seen in reviews alot of people say theres not alot of story in the anime so I can already tell they took out a good bit to make it pop faster into a competitor for Dragon Ball. If you ever decide to read it. yeah You'll love it if you love DragonBall cause alot like him, (for good reason since they both are based on Wukong, the difference is one is designed after while the other is supposed to be a reincarnation of him XD)

Where does it say they're reincarnations? The nine tails entered Ilpyo. He isn't a reincarnation. The only person who could be considered one is Jin, but the others aren't.

@@gamersrise2490 that's why I said 'so to speak" cause most of it they are considered "new age" versions of gods and in some cases they are the same old god in a new body. Some get really technical about it(I think there was one that was the child/grandchild of a god. Basically the world has alot of ways to convey their connections to the gods) to the Point I would always see in webtoon comments saying that the back stories were too convoluted but It's something I would do in D&D worlds that I've made so it never bothered me. If anything I always hated cookie cutter, only descendents or reincarnation, systems. I like multiple avenues of ascension.
