Jungian archetypes=TV tropes but they're all supposedly in the societal unconscious , Freud was the psychologist that tried to explain why every one wants to fuck their mother among other psychosexual dynamics, apparently he didn't have any mates to inform him that that was just him, he would have had a field-day with the the Greek pantheon tho
