The job quest will probably reward him with choosing a specialization based on his stats. The fact that the anime follows game logic supports that. Currently, he is a str/agi hybrid. When the event ends he will probably be offered a 2h sword(committing to str build) or 1 or a set of daggers(committing to agi build). It fits well because that can be the weapons that the knight had, 2h sword and 2 daggers.

Just to clarify about the helmet it's just what you see it's got really good stats +20 str and +20 vit and a 15% dmg reduction it's super op but there aren't other unlisted special effects but if you think about it like two A rank items combined the Kasaka poison that gave 20% dmg reduction and Cerberus collar that had +20 for two stats
