I installed Jio Air fibre. But the wifi is not working for laptop and PC. The SSID is not being shown in the laptop/ pc while they used to work perfectly with my precious wifi connection. Jio fiber helpline is absolutely useless and the people who came to install are saying the router is defective we can't do anything.

Use some tp link router as repeater I hope this fixes your problem, mine is not having any issues connecting to PC/Laptop.

You are absolutely right this is a major concern . Because of this fluctuations many time it hamper the picture quality . So the jio team need to figure out the solution if they want to survive in long run

We don't have optical fiber here but we come Under air fiber area then we used it cus jio or airtel 4g speed wasn't enough then on 30th jan we installed it and till now it's working fine and speed is 30mbps. For me it's the best plus you get mostly ott apps in tv and mobile phones. I think it's great for those areas where optical fiber or wire fiber isn't available. It's best😊 i am happy ❤

@@sahilshukla1590people should understand average speed of 4G is 150 mbps around the world but Jio and airtel is hardly providing 10-15 mbps of internet speed to it's customers then if these companies are not providing good 4G services then what people will do by getting 5G speed of internet. I download 8GB or even more high capacity file through Vodafone Idea mobile data and I get speed of up to 23 - 29 mbps any time and almost everywhere in India Vodafone Idea have fairly good network then why to waste money on Jio and Airtel fiber internet

I switched to Jio Airfiber 100Mbps at Amboli Andheri west since 3 weeks now and i have had 7 visits from Jio Engineer since the router does not work or the internet speed is below 20Mbps frequently. Netflix does not work a these slow speeds. After numerous complaints they changed the router and today again we are using Mobile data instead of Wifi service because again the speed is not stable. I was assured by the sales person that they have no complaints in this area for video streaming and guess what if I cancel the subscription I loose the full advance payment of 12 months even if they are not able to provide the service .

Overall video thik thak hai but jo chiz nhi mention kri gyi h jioset top box ki supscription primevideo,sonyliv,zee5,jiotv+,discovery,hotstar inme itna content h ki month ke 500 aise hi vasool ho jayenge data stable h jbki tower almost 2km away h aur 1000gb ki limit sun ne me km lgta h but kitna bhi use kro 30 din me 1000 is more than sufficient. Will update if anything else needs to be mentioned.

Obviously, there is a difference between phone's antenna and Jio Air Fiber antenna. With 100 mbps plan subscription you can enjoy.

While the most of the information provided in the video is true but there are some misconceptions and incorrect information which I would like to correct. 1) The data limit in mobile 5g sim is unlimited only for trial period further it will be very costly. The mobile data approx. costs ₹10 for 1gb on jio. 2) For speedtest always use LAN cable to capture actual speed coming from modem. Also if you're uploading large files it is very much recommended to use a cable connection instead of WIFI. WIFI usually transmits 90-95% of total bandwidth coming in to the modem to device which is present in a very close range further the speed will decrease with distance and obstructions in-between both devices. There are many factors that can reduce the WIFI speed, so it's best to use the lan cable to test what is the actual incoming speed. If the speed issue is due to the WIFI it can be resolved from your end only. 3) Jio tv app does not work in a smart tv (for streaming live channels) so with this set top box you can watch live channels which would not be possible in a smart TV. You take a separate connection like TATA Play or DIshtv or Airtel set top box etc for that. The cable broadband connection is always recommended over wireless connection (in this case jio air fiber) because there are not much interference and upload download speeds are very similar. The air fiber connection is recommended if cable connection is not available in your area and it can also provide very similar speed.

These kind of things happening for long time, sometime ten years before we got Airtel Fiber in our offices, lately figured out, it’s not fibre cable it’s fivepair cable. These are some scams always there in this network industry

TRAI ki hi guideline hai... if ISP starts giving in megabyte. one speed test will burn 10-12 GB of your data in few secs. Also no one can manage this much capacity. most Important is customers don't pay that much.
