I was about to die from an overdose in my apartment in Miami all alone after so many different drugs…I went to grab my phone and I couldn’t even see what I pressed and out of no where KZfaq started and this song played. My heart was beating out of my chest and then the room turned white and I felt at peace. My heart slowed down and I survived. Jesus Christ is real people. He saved my life💕💕💕

Last semester I had over 34k in debt over my school tuition fee. I literally had nothing to pay it with. I'm a single mom and I was making enough just to get through the day. This song was the declaration I had to geth through that battle. My school gave me 5 days to pay it all or else I get kicked out and every merit I had gets cancelled. On the 5th day I get a call from my department's head office. They found out what happened and why I can't pay. Next thing I here, the entire faculty of my department would be paying it all off.

I'm sitting here in the middle of the night close to tears. Ever since the song was first released and every time I listen to it, the Holy Spirit moves in me. My actual name is Jireh and it still blows my mind that God used a famous worship band like Elevation and Maverick City to write a song titled "Jireh" where the chorus literally goes "Jireh, You are enough". While I do sing those lines to God in worship, in many ways, the chorus also sounds like God speaking to me, reminding me that I don't need anything else in this world except for Him. To come to Him as I am and to offer myself as a living sacrifice. I just literally came back to Jesus this past August and the past few months have been really tough on me surrendering to God all of my past habits and struggles and allowing Him to sanctify me. This song honestly couldn't have come at the most perfect time in my life to help me in my faith. Whatever Atheists, Agnostics, Muslims, and skeptics say about the person of Jesus and the character of God, no matter how many times former Christians will come out and deconstruct the faith and leave it, this song being written and the release of this song at this exact time in my life is essentially all of the evidence I need to know that Jesus is who He said He is. When you seek God with all of your heart, He will reveal Himself to you in due time. I've listened to this song at least 30 times and my eyes are filled with tears, God has been more than enough for me. From getting injured in Iraq in 2007, GSW to my head(shot in my head by a sniper) being pronounced KIA to having the same God to put breath into Adam's lung back until mine, I was in a coma for three weeks, was on a respirator not being able to breathe on my own, I had to relearn how to walk, talk, read write, and feed myself all over. I suffer from TBI, PTSD, short term memory loss, and I'm epileptic. I have two plates in my head covering where the bullet entered, and I have a good ball sized hole in my brain. But through out it all God has been more than enough!!!! This song is personally how I feel, it speaks to me as my heart cries out to God!!!

A week after I found out I was pregnant I found a cross necklace a few steps away from where I worked at and I then knew it was really God all along and never left my side. I now have a 11 month healthy beautiful baby boy. He's turning 1 in a few days! ❤ God is good!
