Jiren Is Probably The Best DLC character in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
All of Jiren's powers and his moveset give him a crazy advantage in the online section of Xenoverse 2, with Power Impact, Meditation and Power Rush he is by far the character who does the most damage in the game!
I would like to see Jiren re-done when Dragon Ball Super ends and hopefully be updated in his attacks and his in-game design.

Considering SSGSS Goku's backhit, super armor limit burst, a ranged super that does fair damage, a reliable ranged super attack, super god fist, and easy bake combos, I'd say Jiren doesn't really have anything on him, ironically enough. Power Rush is definitely deadly, but it's difficult to set up while trying to stamina break your opponent But that's just my opinion :U

Honestly the excuse that Jiren is OP is bullshit. Does one of his ultimates do insane damage? Yes, but look at what you need to do DURING A FIGHT in order to use it! You have to use meditation, let your ki charge up to 10 bars, and actually land the damn move, which if you don't use a stam. break then they will be able to get out of the attack. It's incredibly hard to actually land that attack, not to mention that Steedoj didn't even use the damn move and TeenAssassin says Jiren is OP? Along with ragequitting and saying it was cause of lag? Just an example of the self-proclaimed pro players in Xenoverse, along side Foxey. Both are toxic AND complain when people ragequit on them but TRY to justify being cheap.

Gaming Knight i completely disagree with what you say about it being "hard to land". I can effortlessly land it, and since it doesn't warn your opponent that an ult has been thrown out, it kinda makes it even harder to realize that it's being used. Not to mention that if they have below 3 bars, their stamina won't regain itself fast enough for you to use your evasive from. And all you have to do is pop it in where you would usually do a stamina break, and then it's guaranteed to land

JAS lol that's why you save it till after they limit burst. And btw, the meditation lasts longer the more you use it. A good 2-3 meditations means a good minute to a minute and a half.

I love Jiren as a playable character, but his combos are too stiff. You can't do much combinations with his light and medium plus most of his combo strings don't connect online. I wish they would've added more clean punches instead of too much teleportation with just mashing light.

To me jirens balanced I mean to pull of Power rush u need to meditate (takes a long time) and have full ki in the amount of time also meditation. U have to stam break them within 30 seconds otherwise power rush is useless. Power rush is the only way to be cheap with jiren yet it can’t be because of how hard it is to pull off

Well Trunk's grab is a swing then toss up, do that near the ceiling and you've frozen them in place, so what do you do? Stamina break them and just keep that going, rinse, repeat, win

Jiren is much more effective and simply better than Ultra instinct goku in xenoverse 2, because, firstly, live more, second, stamina and he is simply robust. His combos are actually quite ok and his ulti is soooo Nice BRAHH. Goku, on the other hand, just has little life, stamina just bruh and he can be so easily defeated ... BUT, GOKU ULTRA INSTINCT is also having fun playing

My friends and I have basically 100% all of xenoverse 2 on the PS4 and we only play PQ's and Endless battles. I have never ran into toxic people even when my friend left the session open a then a random joined, but he played like we did, for fun. But one thing that always makes me salty is when my friend dashes out of literally everything I really hope they fix the invincibility frames because that is literal cancer. "Timid" as you would put it. Anyway keep up the great work man

That's not true or right. It's no secret Xenoverse is a heavily flawed game. It's biggest youtube supporters(like Steedoj) KNOW there is a lot of broken shit that shouldn't be allowed in competitive settings. Ki stunning is fine sparingly, but spamming it is cancer. Spamming aura slide, Punisher Drive, ect, is cancer. It's not competitive when it becomes an easy formula to win, and with b.s spam and broken mechanics, it's not competitive. The only way to play this competitively is with limitations, and even then, it's clear some characters are waaaay better than other and require less effort, and some mechanics still function in a way to make the game dumb for anyone that isn't following a formula.
