Make a mod where Gondor opens a portal somewhere (like Libya) and spawns something like 100 powerful divisions. Gondor cannot conscript people here, but they have something like "+2500 weekly manpower" because more Gondorians come through the portal. Give Gondor a strong boost and make the world fight Gondor. Same for Mordor, Mordor and Gondor spawn at the same time, could be like 1 year into the game. Gondor and Mordor also fight each other. Mordor has twice the weekly manpower but way weaker boosts.

Holy Roman Empire in Great War redux wins ww1, communists take over in entente (Britain, France, Russia), then ww2 between communists and HRE+ its allies (Italy, Romania, and Zhili Clique ruled China). Or just GWR but focus on China’s warlord era instead of Europe.

The irony that the communist axis copied what the comintern does almost every game -Gets pushed back to capital by fascist invader -Different faction naval invades fascist invader from opposite side of the frontline -Randomly goes to war with the allies for no reason -Pushes back fascist invader, winning the war
