If you are asking the viewers to say if Amita is right or wrong, we can't say that because we don't know her side of the story. We are seeing and hearing what you tell on the vlog. How different it is from Amita's POV how will we know? Even if for money, after what she has done for years on end for your household maybe she deserves more respect than being shown as ungrateful by you. You should have created a backup for Amita anyhow. No maid will stay forever no matter how much money you give them.

Emergency or whatever be the reason, just call back or drop a msg thats not such a big task.. either from Amitas phn or someone elses. This is common sense that one shud inform their employer watever b the reason, and not take their employer for granted and Amita has been working with them from a very very long time. We all inform our employers in case our leave gets extended or adhoc or abrupt leaves. I am sure the entire dynamics of their house must have been affected and this is the 2nd time. I think @Sambhavna u shud start looking for other options instead of Amita.

Whatever the situation is - it is NOT right to post a video on a public platform on Amita's supposed disloyalty. This is not done in a civilized society. If you quit your job for whatever reason and your employer posted a video about how they treated you so well and yet you quit, I am sure you will not like it. Also, no one is bound to give a reason why they quit.

I completely agree with Sambhavna - how can there be pressure on Amita when she has knowingly taken up a job in this household? We all have all have to honour the tasks, especially the ones we are earning from. Also there is no question of rich and poor - there is no exploitation here. Every case is individual - there is transparency on this vlog channel and I for one have noticed, Amita has complete freedom to say what she wants to do or not do - there are many instances when S ends up doing the work even when Amita is around. By switching her phone off she is being irresponsible to the people who rely on her.

In the past one and half month how many trips they went left right and centre they went without giving little rest to Amita. Her four dogs are not trained to pee and poop . If you are pet parent you will realise how difficult it's to remove the smell of urine . Once they do at a spot they keep doing there . In yesterday's episode only sam was saying Susu aa gaya toh kar diya blanket pe . Have the supporters seen Amita mop the floor she uses her hands and do you also know how much does a mopstick cost ? Compare it with the Gucci bag she buys . Go into dmart you will get a moping stick for 200 . After all the days work where does Amita sleep? We all know the second bedroom is empty . So that means she sleeps on the ground. Has anyone seen a rolled mattress on the ground ? At least she deserves a mattress to sleep after keeping her on toes the full day . Now supporters how much does a mattress cost ? Forget branded at least cotton mattress how much does it cost ?

Sambhavna, I wanted to add another perspective for you on Amita - * I have lived for decades outside India, and we have no house help. We do everything ourselves, from cooking, cleaning, taking care of dogs, taking care of children - on top of a demanding full-time job. * I see any kind of house help as a big privilege and a big bonus. And I am very grateful for that. * If I feel overworked at work, no matter how much my salary is I will quit. I could also quit for any other reason - family needs me, I feel burned out, I am tired of the same work, I need a new challenge, etc. * My employer has no control and no hold over me. It is my choice to do what I want with my life. In India, I have noticed that house help is seen as a birthright. Yes, you treated Amita well (as you should). Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully and with dignity. But Amita is the master of her own life. It is possible that taking care of 4 dogs, cooking, cleaning and various other tasks at home took a toll on her. It is possible that she feels guilty for quitting a "well-paying" job, and good employers like you. Which is why she cannot say no to you, and does not want to take your call. At the end of the day, it is Amita who decides what is right for her. I have learnt that the best way to deal with such situations is to be thankful for what Amita did for your family and move on and find someone else. It is only Amita who knows what is good or bad for her. No one else can speak for her. And as many others have said, find 2 house helps so that the burden is shared between 2 people.

I believe we're only seeing one side of the story where Sambhavna is saying that we don't have much work and that we're paying well. She probably told Amitha the same thing. However, Amitha knows well the amount of effort required to handle this workload. If an employer doesn't value your work and is egotistical enough to suggest they could hire two people instead, we should look beyond what Sambhavna and Avinash are presenting to us. We might not know the full picture, as we're only hearing their perspective.

Sorry Sam but have never seen u doing any household chores except during Ganpati festival u do cooking. Amita manages ur full household chores plus looking ur 4 bacchas which is a very very very tiring job. She is also human. Aap jab wardrobe ki safai karte ho tab os din meal bahar se mangaaoo kyunki saaf safai full wardrobe n arranging things se thakan ho jaati hai. U always go for trips n she has to look after the home. I do my household chores as it keeps me fit . U will also loose weight if u do household chores. It's the best form of exercise. Gym jane ki jarurat nahi padti . Aap se jitna ho sake ghar ka kaam karo. Body parts move hote rehte hai aur calcium bhi sahi bana rehta hai body mein.

One person cannot physically manage everything. You mat pay her Rs 25000/( which is very normal isliye hamara dimaag nahi ghumega) . if she was not happy i am sure she was not managing things well but there was no one to check her. Out of fear and guilt you gùys were not even questioning her. You are on diet whole year that doesn't mean hòusehelp will not need food to cook and eat. We normal people ensure 3 healthy meals at home(even on diet) cleaning , washing ironing and umpteen chores at home. If she has switched off her phone that means she has given up on you. Amita was taken for granted and she lost her interest. Agar Amita aa jati to yeh next day travel pe nikaal jate . Jo log aapki haan main haan milate woh right comments aur baki sab wrong hain ? Hi Sambhavna, I don't really write in the comments section. But I can't help but write this. You shouldn't speak about your maid on public platform. Have you disclosed your personal fights in the family. Amita may or may not be wrong. I am not justifying her but the way you bad mouthing her and talking about how much you paid her and she doesn't have any burden is not justified. It may not be a burden for you to take care of 4 dogs and do household chores but now you yourself are so tired after doing the work which is contradicting your statement. And keeping Amita has been your choice. Keep two maids and don't be dependent on anyone. The fact that you are dependent on her so much itself is so suffocating. Hi sam, regarding Candy's condition i would recommend you that you guys buy a air purifier at home....these days Mumbai's air pollutution has worsened and it has also affected my family member...thus recently on doctor's suggestion after trying many medicines i bought the air purifier and after regularly using it i have seen serious improvements in my family member's condition...unfortunately we cannot control the increasing pollution but we have to take such measures in order to ensure our loved ones' safety.
