HI JC Sir love the way you explain everytging❤. I am 25 yrs old and working at night for 6 day around 10,11 hours a day and doing PPL strength training and i can only manage sleep of around 7 hours at afternoon. My main question is that working at night and sleeping at day will impact on my hypotrophy goal? 🤔😏 Waiting for yor relpy or would be great if you made a video particularly about this.🙏🙏❤

I have a basic question sir, As told in the video, hormones are made of amino acids or cholesterol or proteins. So they are only chemical substances and do not have any cellular structure?

@@09wildme Nop, hormones are chemicals, not living cells

Hi sir, I started sprinting on the treadmill a week ago. I began at 16 km/h for 45 seconds, with a heart rate of 171 bpm on my Apple Watch. I did this for 4 days, then increased the speed to 17 km/h for 70 seconds, with a heart rate of 181 bpm. The next day it was 169 bpm, and today it’s 171 bpm. I do this daily, along with weight training 6 days a week, and finish with one round of sprinting. Am I doing this right to improve my VO2 max, strengthen my heart, and lower my resting heart rate?
