My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent and so am I although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana and other parts of Africa, from the food, to the culture, to the lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and other African countries.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.
Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.

Kumasi's nightlife looks nice and 'reserved'. I would love to travel to Kumasi for the historical culture. I'm a history buff and being that Kumasi was the capital of the powerful Asante/Ashanti Kingdom, it fascinates me. Is it just me or is Kumasi less busy than Accra? P.S. Way to have fun. Nice dancing.

You have mentioned those from diaspora that live in Kumasi have a close knit society! Wanted you to know, there is an organization called Ahaspora bigger in Accra, it is my cousin who started it . Her name is Christabel E. Dadzie. I think you need to interview her, she and the Ahasporas as a team are doing a lot for Ghana in terms of young professionals returning from diaspora! Anyway, you a such a huge role model and I feel y'all going to get along great! Thanks for all you do!🌹🥰

There is alot to show in kumasi. Apart from accra no city in ghana come close to kumasi. Alot of places to visit and have fun. Kumasi is not like accra where u pick gps and go places. u need a native who knows in and outs of the city for you to really enjoy your stay. She jus need a real kumasi youtuber like kwaku okyere or a native who can show her around. Examples is the efie fufu. As soon as I saw the place I was like Ah but this is place is not efie fufu spot. she just need someone who really know kumasi to show her around

@emmanuelboateng9888 l hear bro, but the beauty of Kumasi today is not how is use to be in somewhere 2006. Now go to stadium and how the citizens have putting containers all over the street in that area. It sudden my heart to see how Otumfour has allow people to destroy the beauty of the city. Now there containers everywhere, along with buildings and dirty buildings on the main roads. Anyway, we Kumasi is diaspora are planning to raise 150 million dollars renovate the Kumasi Children’s parks at Aful nkwanta near Amekom run about. So you see the flyers on social media. We want to build the biggest Amusement park in west Africa, and the park will include ultra modern rides.,

@ghtvheadlines9555 I'm sorry, Kumasi isn't a big village. Kumasi is more laid-back compared to Accra, but it isn't bad. I use GPS whenever I'm there, and it takes me to whenever I want to go. Yes, they must do something about the kiosk and so on but Kumasi is still nice and cheap. I'm from Kumawu but I love Kumasi.

There’s not much public things to do in Ghana for free. Can’t even take a walk in a park without paying some money. There’s barely trees, there’s barely even street lights. Ghana needs more national parks. The country is too damn hot but most people only care about building some basic house. No wonder most middle class just stay in their air conditioned house. Most food joints do not taste good and there’s so many cause everyone in Ghana copies to do the same things. You literally have to hear word of mouth on a chop bar that stands out. I had friends rave about Ghana Jollof’s at this one place and it was just ok. Maybe what is great to Ghanaians is basic to me. 🤷🏿‍♂️ idk man
