I'm so glad I didn't get anything spoiled with Jojo. I didn't see any of the "Za Warudo" memes or anything so I genuinely had no idea what DIO's stand would be. One of the things that made part 3 so good is waiting for the antagonist's reveal at the end. I was looking forward to it since near the start and it paid of really well, a great build-up. Seeing how all the powerful stand users who worked for him absolutely fear him was a great idea too and really adds to that sense of mystery.

This scene is pretty terrifying. I don't know how to properly describe it but it feels like Dio was watching the crusaders from the get go this whole time when they entered his mansion. Playing a massive mind game on them, luring the crusaders into a simple linear objective that Dio is in the coffin. By the time they reach the coffin, instead, it's Dio's vampire bitch, Nukesaku. At this moment, they are all spooked immensely by the sudden realization that Dio's been secretly following them. He's literally in the room hiding in plain sight, all for the sake of proving the true terror that is Dio, Za Warudo...

He could've done something grander, but instead he just chose to troll everyone, the audience included...
