The GEL-KAYANO 14 marks the first collaboration between ASICS and JJJJound.
Together, ASICS and JJJJound reinterpret the GEL-KAYANO-14’s retro running shape with its heavily-referenced 2000s aesthetic. Performance capabilities are advanced with updated materials and componentry while the style’s signature design elements remain intact.
Coming from a pack of 2 colourways, I'll be diving into the details of the White/Black Gel Kayano 14.

Jjjjound releases are tricky. Also the qty was mega limited. I'd say wait 2 weeks and then decide.

wish it's a little bit different from the gr releases other than just the JJJJound logo on the side, cuz there is no reason for the $40 upcharge.

Which distinctive touches differ it from the GR, minus the Jjjound on the heel counter lol? It was a lazy collab. Disappointing compared to the NB collabs

In hindsight paying the resell prices when it first dropped would’ve been way better & cheaper than paying the resell prices of current date ($1000+)..

How the hell do u get them on the Jjjjound site? I went there on time and I dint see shit on where to buy them also Asiscs was not showing them and I had signed up to be notified smh. Major Ls for me everywhere I went I was a lil to late. I might sell or trade my The Basement 2002r for these.

@@district1 Do you have any New Balance models to compare the sizing to? I am an 8.5 in 990v3 and they fit perfectly with no extra room. You think I should stick to 8.5 or go for a 9? Thanks in advance if you respond!

@morgan so for 990 v3s my preferred size for those is a 7.5M. what I'm aiming for shoes in general is not a super snug fit and like a bit of room to play, but the JFG 990v3's I have are mad comfy in that size. But for the jjjjounds here I went with a size 8 and they're similar levels of fit. With that being said foot sizes vary and depends on your foot width too. I have a standard width foot from a brannock device fyi.

bro i really hate the scene, every shoe or clothing i want to buy (i wear 1 shoe for over 2 years) is sold out immediately and when i look them up on vinted or grailed they want 300-400 Euro for these. i really cant descibe how my anger increases when i see these cashgrab uncultured broke kids who only buy to resell it and make profit. im fine but 400 Euro for shoes you got for 100? this whole clothing scene is so fukking toxic and not interested in the actual products but only for the price tags and hype.

100% online stores should regulate how these people with bots for the profit just hoard them. If they regulate it better these shoes would go to the hands that truly want them. #manualgang
