Yesterday, I got the Air ANC version. The sound is much better than I expected. Not top quality, of course, but not bad. The ONLY gripe I have with these things, as many others seem to have, is that they sometimes get disconnected from each other. So then, you only get sound out of one side. The "troubleshooting" in the guide or even on their website is not helpful. They tell you how to reconnect them together, THEN to pair them to the device. Following their instructions does not work because they didn't include a very important step (or 2). That is, when you go to do this, you need to turn off Bluetooth on the computer or device first, so that they can pair properly. They also say to OPEN the charging case, but before that, they do NOT tell you that you have to first close it!!! IMPORTANT STEP! Then, they don't tell you that when you take them out, you MUST keep them a couple of inches apart. Not feet apart. You take them out, put them together and wait for them to reconnect to each other. You'll know because 1 will have a white LED and the other the blue/white flashing LED. At that point, you can turn on Bluetooth on the computer or device you want to connect to. What they don't make clear is that if you see 2 incidents of these buds, when searching for devices to pair, that means that they are NOT connected to each other. Rather, they are like 2 separate devices. Which is why, when that happens, you get sound from one or the other. I messed around with this foolishness until I found a vid that explained this clearly. THEN, it all worked. That all being said, I'm satisfied with these and these are my 1st buds as I normally prefer headsets. But I thought, why not expand my horizons. LOL

I love the built-in charging cord you have no idea how many times that built-in charging cord has saved my ass in most places there's always an area where you can charge via USB but if you don't have a cord then you shit out of luck that built-in cord is amazing

Absolutely love them …came over from the dreaded A brand and I can honestly say for $59 @ BB they are hands down my new favorites. The sound is great and all the features very compatible and they function perfectly with my iPhone. The best feature in my opinion is the superb battery life is unbelievable!!! This is a No Brainer if your in the market for some ear buds. I’m a customer for life now. Thank You

Great review bro. I came into the true wireless world on the back of JLab starting with the GoAir as my first pair of bluetooth earbuds. Jlab is a reputable company that not only gives you a lot of bang for your money, but also has first rate customer service. My favorite pair to date are the JBuds Air ANC. Great review. This week Best Buy had these for 50% off. They fit great, and they really have a nice bassy sound. The app is a nice addition. Would love a review of the somewhat new Jlab Jbuds Anc 3 as time permits.

I was gonna get these 2 years ago but $60 seemed a bit too much, so I got myself their entry level Jlab go air for like $20ish dollars. They lasted me a good 2 years but sadly the case alongside 1 ear bud got lost so I just got these for $39. Not bad. First impressions these are better, I love how you can customize the tapping options on the app

All-in-all they're pretty good, but my biggest gripe with them is that some of the wireless functions are way too aggressive if you don't or can't return them immediately to the charging cradle when you're not using them. If you switch to a different output device, like to a phone's main speaker, the buds will automatically reconnect whenever you touch them and take control of the sound output repeatedly, unless you put them in the case or turn off the phone's Bluetooth entirely. But if you do that, they start sending out pairing requests to every BT receiver in range, creating annoying and interruptive pop-ups on multiple devices. They often fight for dominance with other connected speakers - when I turn on my car or enter a video call, the sound output will bounce back and forth a couple times before it settles on one device or the other. The auto-pause feature is useful, but can get annoying if you switch between using just one bud and using both frequently. A lot of that stuff can be avoided by just putting them back in the case when not in use, but that's not always possible or convenient. The case lid is also surprisingly flimsy compared to cheaper JLabs. Just last week I had to invoke my protection plan after the lid hinges ripped out.

Pretty good review. I got them as a back up pair because I can’t find my Bose. Other than having to fiddle with them as they slightly come out of the ear canal, they are pretty good. The sound is best when you push them into your ears and don’t move your fingers away 😊

i have these for a week now and im tellin you this is the loudest jlab earbuds ive heart if not one of the loudest crisp cleae full sounded earbuds ive had.. those 6mm dynamic drivers are so tricky.. it's magic. jlab just keeps better and better.

Nice review sir! Been looking for a pair to replace my lost Earfun Free Pro (best for me in terms of fit, comfort, sound, mics, and battery life). EFP didn't have multipoint so I'm excited to try these. Hope Amazon carries these soon.

I agree with what this guy said about built-in cable. It sort of makes me personally unsecure about the product too but I have go air pop and they outrun the galaxy buds original and even my wired Sony Xtra bass earphones in terms of details and sound quality

Ever since I picked up my Jlab jbuds air ANC I've really liked them, but since they're a bit long in the tooth these days I was hoping Jlab would put out an updated version. When I saw these I thought they were what I was waiting for, but no luck. Why would Jlab give these all the basic options except for the one that's most important to me being ANC? Such a shame because I love everything else about them.

As a girl who knows absolutely nothing about tech gadgets, I truly appreciate this video! I was looking for a budget-friendly pair of earbuds that offered the multi-point connection feature and after watching this video of yours yesterday, just had these delivered today via Amazon. So far I'm in love with them, the only thing is the fit in my ears. Would you be able to recommend any other earbuds, preferably ones with an ear hook feature that offer multipoint connection (and longer battery life, if possible) within the same price bracket? I should also mention that I watched your video about the EarFun Air S as well, and only went for these because of the longer battery life. The only thing that would make these absolutely perfect would be an ear hook, but please let me know if you a recommendation. Thanks so much!! 👍🏆

Picked these up as a backup pair and overall they're meh. Lots of features, comfortable fit, good looking, and MULTIPOINT. Most of the big dogs don't even have that. But the app is garbage and the sound quality is not very good. If I'm watching a movie or listening to tame music it's fine, but once you start listening to something more upbeat like metal or hip-hop, it gets pretty rough. If you can get these on sale, probably worth it, but definitely not worth the sticker price
