Ben Aflec is awesome. I met him decades ago when him and Jlo first dated. I was their waitress. Everything they say about how she treats phlebs is 100% spot on. She wouldn't look at me or answer me. .she made demands then blamed me for them not working. She refused to hear anyone elses suggestions and caused a huge mob scene by sitting in the huge window in front of the reasturant. Local news chanels even showed up. I originally offered them a private area we had- free of charge- but she refused . She tried to get me fired. My boss knew and said I was one of their best servers. Ben looked so miserable and gave me a pleading look like sorry and help. 😂 They divorced very soon after. A few years later my parents [they all lived on the same island] had my son who was the same age as Ben and Jenifer Gardners daughter. They all ended up at the same small reasturant together. They hung out all night. My dad is very old school, down to earth, celebs aren't great, etc. He came back talking about them like they were the best people in the world. That is a massive compliment. Anyways, Ben picked up the bill for all of them and said how great it was his daughter had someone to play with, etc. They all got along great. Huge difference than with Jlo. Huge. I wrote the long version of all this the first time you reported on Jlos behavior. Matt Damon and his wife would always hang out with them, too- but never jlo. I am from a small island off the coast of Savannah, Ga. Ben had that place through both marriages. With jlo they stayed private. With Gardner they were both out hanging with everyone. Sandra Bulloch, John Travolta, many celebs had houses there in the 90s-2000s. All got on well in the community except Jlo. Sorry for any typos. I am older and going blind it seems 😂 and it is past bed time. Hope this story helps anyone relate from the normal people. And yes, Ben does have resting bitch face because one on one he is very warm, friendly and down to earth. Him and his bf Matt held on strong to their roots. He is insanely famous but he isn't really putting that attitude out there from my experience and many others that I know. Robert Downy, Jr was the same way, too. I adore him. She was so mean, I ended up having to get another server who was fan boy to take care of her after she went to my boss. Ben slipped him a hundred when Jlo went to the bathroom so he knew how she was. So many times since far back as I can somewhat remember, I was always asked "Are you okay?" Or "You mad or something?" Or "What's wrong, what happened?" Lol.....and the MAJORITY of the time my answer would always be "Yeah...why?" Or "Why....are you okay?" Confused to why they were always asking me that? But, my mind is ALWAYS ALWAYS going and I'm always thinking, even when I should be paying attention to the movie or God knows what else lol. I've been told "I was afraid to say hello because you looked upset " or my FAVORITE one "I was afraid to say hello because you looked mean." Lolol! Once people realize holy crap you're nothing like you look hahahaha! In my case that was a great thing lol... But yeah I get it 💯% having that type of resting face, because I'm always going, my wheels are always turning up there....
