Thanks JM for your Japan vlogs, my favorite place on this earth. Osaka specifically Shinsekai and Dotonbori will always have a special place in our hearts and "tummy" coz my late husband who is a foodie like you and I have many unforgettable happy footsteps in these streets coupled with alot of nostalgia. Will miss my dear hubby who fought and lost his battle with cancer of the pancreas. Sorry for the sad story, I just want to thank you for your vlogs which make me cope with my great loss. Again thank you, JM. Take care, keep smiling, and be happy and healthy. ❤️

I think I'm the same age as JM and I'm saving up since last year para makapasyal din dyan sa Japan. As per checking 3 weeks ago, nasa 3k lang adb ko sa bank which I am not confident para ma approve kahit single entry. Nagpapaaral pa din kasi ako ng kapatid ko and minsan need dumukot sa ipon pag may emergency. Nainggit din ako minsan kay JM na kesyo buti pa siya pabalik balik pero ginagawa ko na lang motivation. Manifesting na makapunta din dyan sa tamang panahon pero wag naman sama pag senior na. Hehe. Ingat and enjoy dyan JM. 😊

hold on to that inspiration. I gave up on my dream na makarating ng Japan, I had 2 canceled tickets. Bukod sa finances na iintimidate din ako sa pag travel don, and sa tamang panahon nakapunta ko. twice in 4 months time, single entry parehas binigay sakin visa pero keri na. You'll get there. basta keep that dream in your heart. Balitaan mo kami pag nakarating ka na.

first time in osaka and stayed near shinsekai as well. actually at an APA hotel close to the osaka shinsekai tower. malapit din sa denden town if you're into anime, electronics, and "adult" stuff. highly recommend!

Dyan din po kmi nag-stay last April sa Shin-Imamiya area. Medyo maliit at hindi masyado organized ang Donki there. But I enjoyed their baked camote sobra sarap. Binalik-balikan ko talaga. Watching your Osaka vlog para na din ako bumalik.

I loved this particular vlog of yours kasi flashback sa akin..yung sign kasi na "SHINSEKAI" reminded me of a vintage lettering like a "Voltes 5" or "Daimos" merchandise hehehe.... halos diyan ako nag stay sa area mo where your hotel is!!!24 hours ang Don Quijote at ang katabi niyang napakalaking Pachinko gambling hall..katapat ang Daiso yung mga paninda na curry pan breads na "TO DIE FOR" kasi super sarap at mura pa...Osaka memories... While working nanonood po ako ng vlogs nyo. Ang relaxing and at the same time nagkakaron ako ng knowledge about traveling. Since nanood ako ng vlogs nyo hindi ko na natatagalan mga ibang vloggers na aesthetic mga vlogs hahaha mas okay yung sainyo kasi informative, same with other viewers, feeling ko kasama ko lang kayo while traveling. Yung kahit 3 mins pa yung mga ads, di ko iniiskip yun para mas yumaman pa po kayo hahahaha Sana dumami pa po viewers nyo. Excited to see more vlogs!

Hi JM ! I actually lived in Kobe for a month to attend a Japanese language program run by the local YMCA! This was in 2015 so I hope its still around but it was one of the best experiences ive ever done & i still retain (most) of what i learned today 😄 but ofc if taking a month off of work & life isnt an option, I know there are many Japanese language programs in the PH as well. All this to say I highly recommend going for it & learning the language !

Hey, JM! I also travel to Japan all the time. I was just there in January. There are so many options that are fresh, high in protein, and not fried or sugary. I would try to stay away from the high calorie foods that aren't dense enough to make you feel full. In the convenience stores, i always buy the boiled eggs, onigiris, rice balls, corn, veggie sticks, frozen veggies, cereal, etc. I stayed away from anything sweet, fried, and covered in sugar like Tanghulu. I wish you all the best.

Keep your opinion to yourself na lang po. Walang healthy healthy pag nagtatravel. Minsan ka lang makakapunta dyan idedeprive mo pa sarili mo. Hope this helps. 😊

@ViserysThePeaceful that's not true. Most people take care of themselves even while travelling. No one goes crazy eating whatever they want when you're traveling. JM appears to travel more than just for vacation- this seems to be a regular gig for him, so it would be fair to say this isn't a vacation. I travel a lot and most Canadians travel a lot and we don't simply "forget" our healthy habits just bc we are on vacation. I went to the Philippines after Japan in Feb and met many Westerners not eating a lot of rice, or not eating the fat on pork skewers. You are generalizing that no one is healthy while traveling. You can travel and still be making healthy decisions.

Hi Jm! Not sure if na mention mo na sa other vlogs mo but, just wondering if na consider mo ba bumili ng pocket wifi? Nagagamit xa sa Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America. For me kasi, I find it easier than booking a pocket wifi in every country. I have a TP-Link pocket wifi, so ginagawa ko is bumibili ng sim tas sinasalpak ko xa sa pocket wifi. Iwas limot na din magbalik ng pocket wifi sa airport. 😁
