Arizona Diamondbacks, Texas Rangers, formerly Florida Marlins and California Angels. Teams aren't always named for their specific cities. But it's also possible that at least one of them didn't know Puerto Rico isn't a city, lol.

As a competitive cornhole player, I'd probably go for a second basemen or shortstop. They do a lot of short underhand tosses on double plays. After that, probably a pitcher

i'm torn and of course biased as someone who loves the durham bulls and think they thrive as a triple A team but i feel like if an MLB team came to north carolina, durham would be such a phenomenal place for it. the bulls have such a fantastic history, they're a top tier triple A team in success, the city is beautiful, interesting, and growing, and sharing a metropolitan area with raleigh puts it really on par with some other small market MLB teams in size, like milwaukee and minnesota.

Here in Utah, there's been a lot of scuttlebutt on the local news about Nashville and Salt Lake City being the frontrunners for two MLB expansion teams. Evidently there's already an investment group willing to pony up the dough, and a site chosen for the ballpark. I was pretty surprised that it didn't make the list at all.

Sorry, neither place will ever get an expansion, the adjacent existing franchises already depend on drawing attendance from those areas to survive. Las Vegas will get Oakland's franchise, so Denver and Las Vegas will mean no to SLC. If there are expansion franchises (a BIG if at this point), it will be to Mexico City, Montreal, London, and some city in Japan. MLB wants to go world-wide. Cuba and Puerto Rico would get franchises (if not for the hurricane risk), before Nashville and SLC.

I would never think of Barry Bonds as a "clutch" player. Yeah, in 2002 he had some big hits but his career slash in the playoffs is .245/.433/.503/.906 and the bulk of that comes from 2002. Great player but "clutch" is something he was called out for not being before that 2002 run.

My first thoughts for the minor league teams, excluding the Savannah Bananas, were the Lehigh Valley IronPigs and the Toledo Mud Hens, so I felt very much represented by Jake that round. Actually a lot of random pulls that I was thinking: Jack feeling Schwarber as an obvious cornhole choice also read my mind. Fun FF!

The cities I’d love to see would be Nashville, San Juan, Havanna (as unlikely as that is due to tensions between the US and Cuba), and Louisville. Mexico City, Vancouver, and Montreal would also be fun

Mexico City is actually further above sea level than Denver, by quite a lot. Denver is 5,280 feet, whereas Mexico City is 7,349 feet. It's why the NFL teams always train in the Rockies before they play games at the Estadio Azteca. So imagine the size of the outfield you'd need to accomodate for that - you'd basically have to put the short stop as a second CF. It's always been weird to me that Louisville isn't a bigger deal in baseball, seeing as how Louisville Slugger is such a ubiquitous part of the sport. My gut still tells me Nashville would be a bad baseball town, but all the hockey fans would have said the same thing about the Predators and their fans/home game atmosphere has been awesome so maybe I'm wrong. But I'm still upset that Montreal wasn't no. 1 because I'm all in on baseball being back in Montreal.

The current top baseball team in San Juan is the Cangrejeros de Santurce, with Santurce being a district of the city and Cangrejeros is generally translated as "Crabbers", so San Juan Crabbers would be the MLB version I guess.
