Point of Correction: when Covid-19 happened, the American people were given money 3 time to alleviate their financial burden due to loss of jobs. 1,200 dollars each and if you have children, additional 500 per child. The second payment was 600 for each individual, then the 3rd payment was 1400 for each individual and 300 hundred dollars monthly for each child you have. Those were the stimulus checks. The 600 hundred the spiritual leader was talking about is unemployment benefits for those who lost their jobs due to COVID 19. However, 600 hundred dollars is not being Paid to every individual in America monthly. It is only paid if you lost your job and filed for unemployment. While collecting unemployment, you are expected to look for employment since the unemployment money May run out. We do appreciate all these financial help that the American people are able to get.
